Um, if you don't mind, could I ask a quick question? Cause I don't really know too much about villager popularity (aside from like, Beau lmao.) I was just wondering if Lopez is considered popular, and if you'll be raffling him when he's ready to move?

Lol! I am with you on that! I don't understand why someone is popular and others aren't... But Lopez will not be raffled off. Once he moves I will post it up. If you would like Lopez just let me know. I will reserve him for you. I do my cycle thread just a little different.

And lmao yeah, I honestly have no idea about certain villagers. I mean, I GET why some are popular, because they're cute and all, but then others... I guess it just really boils down to personal opinion. And then how many people share that opinion, lmao.
 
Hahahah! I agree! I gave my best friend Marina and asked her why she liked the walking calamari in the first place...She said cuz she was cute! Lol
 
Ohhhh, I think Marina is pretty popular too, actually? I like that she is an octopus (that's what she is, right? THAT'S WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE TO ME lmao) and her color would suit my town BUT UH she definitely isn't a dreamie or anything. If I had room maybe I would take her sometime, but I've sort of figured out now who I want (since I recently decided I should proooobably get at least one villager of each personality type, so I could unlock pwps lmao. Only personality type I'm having difficulty deciding on is lazy sigh sigh.)

I assume you're cycling for dreamies too though, right? That is what I find most cycle towns are doing, lmao. Or trying to get back someone they lost, which is essentially the same thing.
 
I pretty much do cycling cause I get bored easily and had to take a break from Black Ops...(Guys kept getting mad at me cause I'm a girl that keeps beating them :D) plus I like giving people their dreamies. When I started here someone helped me out a lot with my catalog and saw the trading thread. Got hooked on cycling and TT. Now my best friend does it...Lol I'm not to hooked on my own dreamies since I never really had them. But my kids and goddaughters love seeing who I get so they can see who they want to move to their town. I already got my best friend her Marina and Diana.
 
Lmao, that makes sense. I am currently trying to get a Diana from someone, but I haven't heard from them recently so I don't really know if that is still happening or not, sigh sigh. And I don't REALLY have dreamies either, just sort of people I would prefer having in my town? But it's not AS serious a thing for me as I see with some people. Like, I don't know if I could pay out 12mil for a villager. Not only because I don't HAVE 12mil, but it seems slightly excessive to me. Of course, it might not be for some other people, so that's perfectly fine. Just not my thing, you know? So now I just browse cycling threads to see if anyone is giving out Skye or Fang or Ruby and to see if I can just snatch 'em up. Also Lopez, but now I've got you for that, lmao.
 
Yah I gave all my popular villagers away. Like Marshal, Beau, Marina, Diana... I say if people want to pay that much then what ever floats their boat. But then there are a lot of people that are greedy. And as you can see from my wifi ratings, I'm far from that. And yes, I'm hoping Lopez moves soon cause I like having new people come thru my town. :D

You will enter your name into whatever raffle is going on for a certain villager/item. Then after the time limit has passed, whoever is giving the raffle will pick a winner out of whoever entered.
