Cherry blossom DIY

I still need three, I think? I had pretty ok luck finding them, but it has been much better since the egg balloons went away.

And I’m pretty sure I have an extra of the wand, if anyone needs it.

I have managed to get the outdoor picnic set (obligatory obviously), the cherry-blossom-petal pile, the cherry-blossom clock, the cherry-blossom-trees wall, sakura-wood flooring, cherry-blossom pochette and the cherry-blossom bonsai

they're quite uncommon sadly...I mostly get yellow balloons with money, the only time I get irritated by money hahaha

I haven’t had much luck with the cherry blossom DIYs this year, so far I’ve only managed to get two (Sakura wood flooring and Sakura wood wall) one of which was on my main character and the other on the second.

I’ve popped quite a lot of balloons but for a while kept getting Bunny Day DIYs and now it’s mostly just bells. There aren’t many cherry blossom ones that I’m missing due to collecting quite a few last years and then buying some DIYs on here a couple of months ago but I’m hoping to at least complete the collection this year on my main islander.

I was able to get the Sakura flooring and wallpaper in the beginning of April, but I made sure to pop all the balloons I came across. But these past two days I haven't gotten any cherry blossom diy. I'm still missing a few.

Wow. I've only collected 6 of the 11 Cherry Blossom DIY. And I'm quite tired of running back and forth on the beach...

I thankfully was able to get them all last year. I feel like the seasonal DIYs use to be super easy to get (I would always get them all + extras in a couple days) but ever since last winter season (December 2020) I've been struggling with collecting them. Maybe its just bad RNG luck, but I feel like they did up the rarity of getting DIYs from balloons since then.

I was referring to the last winter's seasonal DIYs and how I was having trouble collecting them all in December. But now that you mention it, I haven't gotten any dupes for the DIYs this spring.

Honestly been dreading having to farm for them again because I didn't want to do that anymore. So this time I just plopped my character in the middle of the beach, put the earphones on and put my switch on the side whilst I do whatever else [reading, writing, etc] and every time I hear the balloon, I go and collect them.

Why not try doing it that way and see if it helps? I notice the balloons appear more often that way but that's probably because my attention is elsewhere.

It may not assure DIY probability but it certainly assures my health and sanity nonetheless .

This time I got 7 DIY in one day including 2 repeats of outdoor picnic, though still a bit off from completing the whole thing,
I could just time travel to stay in cherry blossom season until I get them anyway. Eternal spring doesn't sound too bad...

I got all of the cherry blossom recipes with 0 stress, I simply kept my game in cherry blossom season and terraformed and decorated to my heart’s content while popping every balloon that floated by. I get all my seasonal recipes this way, I just keep the time within the desired season and play. I tried farming but it was frustrating and dull, this is fun
