Christmas DIY stuff impossible!

Why did the creators decide to do the Christmas diy stuff from balloons ??

It has been very difficult to find them and hard to get them and wish someone can help me to collect all of them on the game :-(

I wish they'd do what they did with turkey day and just sell them all at Nook's Cranny! 100% understand you, because it took me FOREVER to find each and every seasonal DIY. I suggest that you check out here and see if anyone's selling spare DIY's!

I've found all of them. Just took several hours of balloon farming over a few days. You do have until Jan 6 or so to get them

I found all of my christmas/festive DIYS from the 26th onwards. Guess I get to decorate for Christmas after it happens but not before?

Just looking for the Illuminated Tree myself right now.

How all holiday DIYs should work is:

1. Can be found via balloons
2.Villagers may be found crafting them and if you have it, they will give you supplies
3.Can be found as a pack the day after the holiday.

Seasonal DIYs such as for Cherry Blossom season and Mush/Maple Season stay the same.

I think you should of got them from Nook's where the rest of the toy stuff was.
I mean, they only cycled the same things over and over again and you get the same presents on Toy Day from your villagers but different colours. I guess that was too easy. Not only that! I'm getting repeat diys of things I've already got whilst playing until my battery dies but yeah...wee...balloons.

RIP those players who don't have online and its based on helping others and trading/swapping but I guess that isn't Nintendo's problem either.*sarcasm deactivate*

The Festive DIYs have definitely been the hardest for to collect also. I finally just got the last three I needed from trade.

The Christmas DIYs are definitely tricky to find, I’m sorry you’re having a tough time with them too.

Luckily this forum is full of really helpful players! If you go to the Nooks Cranny section at post a thread saying you’re looking for the DIYs I’m sure people will be able to help!

I've not found a single one through balloons ;-; Bought a few of the illuminated DIYs on here because grinding for balloons is just the opposite of fun, Nintendo. I rely on the lovely folks on this forum so much

I meant the festive stuff where you use the ball ornaments for the diys. I’m done with the diys that require snow flakes.

I know it's frustrating to collect them!

My only suggestion is to trade with other players and save yourself a lot of grief.

I just can't farm balloons, I've basically accepted that it's going to take a few years for me to complete my DIY collection. The ones I really want, I get through trading.
