Where should I send the references? And in the "Notes for your santa or Zeppeli" section, should I write a note for the person I'm doing the drawing for or the one that's drawing for me? *my english comprehension sucks ik*

Hi! There is a reference section on the form! There should be a section that says "OC/AC character references!"
You can post links to your image/toyhou.se/what ever you want to use to show what your character looks like
And in the notes section, you can either put things your santa might need to know about your character (Like, your reference has blue eyes, but you want them to be drawn with grey eyes) or if there is anything you think I should know!

I participated in the summer secret santa, and it was super fun to draw the person I received. I'll sign up again (if I'm not extraordinarily overwhelmed by the holiday work I'm about to get, but who knows)!

You could always upload it to imgur or smth and link to that once it's uploaded
Or if you have it posted somewhere like deviantart or tumblr, you can right-click the image and hit 'copy image address'

Also, I would suggest making how to sign up more clear in your OP. There are no instructions on how to do so and where you have written "SIGN UP" reads more as a section heading than being an obvious link. Adding the word "here" to the sign up link, also perhaps underlining it and/or making it a different colour, will make it more clear that is a link. A line or two of text explaining how to sign up also wouldn't hurt!

Yeah, looking back at it, I can see how it was hard to understand LOL, I changed the link and also added a 'how to sign up' section c:
