Hello people. The Citizens of Silverly have enacted the penguin immigration act in our fair town in order to attract more penguins. We installed giant air conditioners to keep things cool, and a snow machine. So far no dice! That is why we create the SPIA, or Silverly Penguin Immigration Agency. If you have a penguin in your town who wants to move, let us know. We will send one of our agents over to give them a free ticket to Silverly.

Due to lack of funds because our mayor went on a wild bender last night to celebrate his recent election, we ask that this be pro-bono.
