I need someone who fits these three conditions to open their town for me.

1) your retail must be open
2) your town must be bellboom ordinance
3) Your town must not be native oranges

As you can tell I'm looking to sell a bunch of perfect oranges. If your retails premium item is PERFECT ORANGES, I will tip well. So yea scream at me. I'll wait a bit before picking a town here. hoping for someone with perfect oranges, if not I'll settle for the three conditions above.
