Ok, I'm not sure what this is called but what tag do you use to

display tags so that it won't format?

Ex: If I wanted to share a tag with someone so they could copy and paste it how would I do that?

[ HTML ] [ B ] Hi [ /B ] [/HTML]

with out spaces will be:

[b]Hi[/b]
