Cottagecore/Autumncore villagers

Hi,so if you have seen my post about changing my island to a kidcore island,i changed my mind and want to change it to autumncore/cottage core.
If anyone can recommend me some villagers to fit that theme it would be much appreciated.

Tbh can't believe i changed my mind so fast but i did.

Also Autumn is my favourite season.

A must have is Sheldon.
He is adorable, autumn colours, and has an autumn, mushroom themed house.

Limberg also isn't a bad choice since his house interior is also autumn, with the wallpaper being autumn leaves falling, and having the seasonal furniture.
Hes also orange so autumn colours.

Being a squirrel and a mouse, I think their species fit as well.

But im also biased since they're both all time favourites of mine.

Yes i have seen Sheldon's house and it fits the theme really well, so i'll add him to my list.But unfortunately i'm not the biggest fan of Limberg,but i'll check out his house. Thank you very much!

omg I didn't realize I was sleeping on how cute Sheldon and his house are! I also am transitioning from a spring theme to an autumn theme. thank you for recommending this cutie.

I would advocate for Gonzo with his house made of logs. He has a woolen shirt, and grey fur. He is great for the autumn-core village.

Same thing goes for Olive, in my mind. Her house exterior looks great too.

Definitely Erik for a lazy! He also has a log house and matches the theme pretty well. As far as smugs go, Henry would probably fit the best. His house would look nice with the fall colors. Bunnie's house isn't too cottagecore on its own, but would also look good with fall colors. She's the most cottagecore looking peppy to me. And then for a snooty, I think Blaire and Pecan would both also make good fits. I tried to cover personality types that you didn't have suggestions on, in case you wanted all of them. Your theme sounds super cute!

Thank you so much for the lovely suggestions! I very much appreciate it,Erik was already on my list for a lazy,along with Beau since I have two lazies at the moment. Henry also sounds really cute! I was thinking Pecan for a snooty. And I also was thinking about Bunnie for a peppy because the others didn’t look that cottagecore to me but I still wasn’t sure,you share my thoughts about Bunnie,so I know I should take her on my island. Thank you so much for the lovely compliment about my island’s theme,it’s still pretty basic right now and I haven’t really started on it yet but it will grow out to be beautiful and relaxing I hope!

Erik was already on my list for a lazy,along with Beau

I'm not saying don't go with these villagers if you want them. I believe that every player should have the villagers they want.

But im not sure they really fit the theme you're going for.
Erik is a winter villager imo since his house is all ice furniture. And beau seems to be all about spring.

Its funny that there is no clearly summer themed deer villager since deirdre is clearly autumn, and the above mentioned are winter and spring.
Maybe one day we will have all 4 seasons haha

Of course villagers houses aren't everything though.

Go with the villagers you want to have! My autumn themed (and Halloween and just the colour orange if I'm honest) island has Frita as my sisterly as she was the closest I could get to the correct colour scheme without having a villager I really dislike.

Yessss! Those villagers seem to go really well with my theme!

For autumn you can also choose villagers o the orange/brown/ red color spectrum, to fit the nice color pallet in the game.


Annalise: Has a brown color design and a shack/log house also in autumn colors. Her interior doesn’t match, but the outside does. Her interior is beach themed.


Bea: brown physical coloring, brown house interior, brown house.

Beau: a deer, orange in color, log cabin exterior. His interior though is not too autumn-ish. It’s very spring like inside.

Bettina: orange color. House is autumn color also. Her interior is brown.


Bill: log house, dark bamboo interior, autumn body color.

Billy, nice coloring and nice house exterior. His inside is literally trash (I think it’s cute though).

Broffina: she’s beautiful. Has Autumn colors all throughout. Her house interior is more purple in color though.

My first thought was Maple! But she has already been suggested and a lot of good options been said already as well.
