Went over to order some gifts for villagers since R.S will be closed tomorrow. Nook let me know I can now change my houses exterior.

No , my mistake was completely somehow forgetting that the Ables shop isn’t built. So I can’t buy a Santa outfit or festive dress since I still haven’t seen Mable since she she was in Nook’s cranny the other day. I know I could drop by Serenity but for this island I want all random villagers. I loved my villagers over there but trying not to just switch villagers from one island to the other. Hopefully I can get someone to sell me the outfits. I also don’t have any red wrapping paper and I hear you need that to help Jingle.

I bought some rugs from Sahara. I realized I have mostly items to use gor decorating the island and not my house. Guess that will have to wait.

Flip took forever to find and when I finally found him he was singing to the ocean.

I actually ended up TTing a few days backward to make sure that R.S sound be upgraded in time. Thanks so much to the amazing @themysterybidder for dropping off a reindeer outfit, Santa outfit and festive dress. This way we can celebrate Toy day. In my travels I was able to order Santa hats for my villagers and Mira was crafting DIY’s so I was able to make a small area.

Nook introduced Isabelle who will be working with him at R.S.

Yesterday was such a busy day so not much time to play. Meeting Isabelle and seeing the upgraded R.S. It looks really nice.

I payed off my home loan.

Nook told me about being able to add inclines and bridges. also about moving houses.

Getting a bigger house.

Happy Toy day. Hope everyone has a great day. I will be working for most of it .

It’s great seeing everyone in their Santa hats.
Mira was standing outside her house. I think she is waiting to see Jingle come by.

Toy day in the Southern Hemisphere. I’m in the south so it’s usually pretty warm for Christmas but this year we actually have a cold day. On Crescent it’s very warm.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas.

Mabel is here for a visit

I went to check my stocking in my house and Flip came over for a visit.

He brought me an orange and we played the high low game.

After Flip left I checked my stocking and Jingle had left his photo in it. What a great gift.

We had a ceremony for R.S , the castle wall hides the villagers.

I decided to move Flip’s house to the farm area.

It’s been a busy few days . Do haven’t had much time to play. Mostly just giving gifts and chatting with villagers. I still have to figure out the area for Nook’s cranny and the Ables shop. We did celebrate New Year’s Eve.Hope everyone has a fantastic Year.

Today I worked on my farm area. It took awhile to finally decide how to plant everything. Moving things around. Planting and replanting.

I spent some time trying to figure out my rivers and the back part of the island. This is going to take longer then I thought since I keep changing my mind. It’s like a puzzle trying to get it to fit just right.

I need to fix the rivers more they seem to straight not enough curves to make it look natural . In time I will figure it out.
Mira came over for a short visit. Mabel is here today .

I still don’t know what I’m doing with the right side. I’m sure an idea will come to me at some point.

Finally got the nook shopping app from ordering a lot of items.

Kitt later asked me a question about what tea I would want

She’s not wrong I have definitely been busy lately.

I decided to try terraforming the left back part of my island . I was going to put a crescent moon lake and a spot for my house but couldn’t make it work. So going back to that area another day. I then tried to make a crescent cliff on the right side of the island . I tried placing tiles down to see what it would look like before trying to place the cliff. For some reason it doesn’t look quite right. Will play around with it before making the cliff. Maybe it will look better when it’s a cliff .

Edit because I changed my mind . I turned the moon the other way and moved it up. I think it will look better this way. Building the cliff will have to wait for another day.

I started to build my crescent moon cliff and Ozzie came over. He said he wanted to visit my house .

He brought me an orange as a gift then sat on the floor for awhile. Sorry Ozzie but I got cliffs too build.

One thing I forgot to mention about yesterday was getting a nickname. It’s the first one I have gotten and it was from
Kitt.

Today’s announcement was that Nook’s Cranny will be closed for remodel

I went over there to get some extra wrapping paper. I bought a freezer while I was there.

I finally checked my mail box and found these letters.

I have been gifting my villages K.K. Slider songs I order from Nook shop. Today I got my first villager photo. It was from Mira.

Mira wanted to shy to stop being so gray

I decided to buy all my villagers a portable record player. I have been giving them music but can’t remember if they all have a record player to play them on .

Hello and welcome to Crescent moon island. Crescent for short. If your just joining us on the adventure my name is Solara and I am the island rep of the island. I will be writing in this journal for the time being.
Here is a short recap of our adventure so far:

Our adventure began on Dec 13th 2022. I made it to the island with two friends Mira and Flip. We made friends with Timmy , Tommy and Tom Nook when we got there. Was soon joined by Serena.
Since we arrived Ozzie, Victoria and Kitt have moved to Crescent. We have built a tent for Blathers and Timmy and Tommy set up a shop. There is still so much to do and so many adventures ahead. I hope you enjoy the journey with us. If you wish to learn more about our early adventures follow the link in my signature.

We have such an exciting day ahead of us. Timmy and Tommy closed their shop yesterday for a remodel. Today is the big reveal.
Celebrating the remodel of Nook’s Cranny.

I went to shop at Nook’s cranny and found a few things I wanted to buy.

I bought some wrapping paper, a surfboard, cooler box and counter table.
I gave out gifts to my villages. Today’s gift was K.K Samba. I received my first villager photo from Mira.

I think today I might finally be ready to donate the last 6 items for the museum to be turned into a building. I have been putting this off for awhile. I really like Blathers in his tent and wish I could keep the tent. I have plenty of fish , bugs and fossils to donate. The only reason I’m getting the building is because I believe if I don’t I can’t get the campsite.
A look at the outside and inside of Blathers tent before it becomes a building. I will miss that tent.

Blathers is very excited that the tent will become a museum.

I think I finally have a plan for how I want to place more villagers houses , the shops , bridges and mine snd Serena’s houses. Something like this but could still change . I still need to fix the cliffs and the river but that will get done eventually. No need to rush.

It’s kinda funny to me that it took me forever to find a cicada shell on my main island and again on Jurai. Only because I found one on Crescent without trying to find it.
