There's a lot that can be said about this.

-What's the white thing in the hair??? Use a lighter color of brown to do the highlights.
-The eyes are weird, there's too much white.
-Your color sometimes goes out of the lines.
-The ears are too pointy
-Add a reflection to the eyes and some shadows to the face.

the lighting on the hair is all over the place D:
dont use such a pronounced/bright white, & dont make a stripe on the bangs like that. i know you're trying to add lightening, but it doesnt look good that way. same w/under the neck. adding a stripe of brown isnt gonna work out nicely.
practice blending colors and shading a bit! use softer colors, and dont have such sharp and pronounced outlines! c: good luck!!!

Use thicker strokes for the lighter color in the hair, and thicker outlines, also cleaning up outside of the lines would help a lot. =]
