The only time I trust leaks from 4chan right away are when they're in game footage from about a few weeks before launch, because it makes sense that some stores probably broke the street date. But 6 months early? Nah.

I would say these are pretty confirmed fake, looking at it, anyone could draw that, just like a sketch book while concept art is usually digital doodles or are in a brighter lit area and if it was being shared I feel someone would have actually taken a head on picture, not a side shot.

It's almost certainly fake for the reasons already mentioned plus they are well past sketching Pokemon at this point. If there was going to be a leak, it would be actual images, not sketches.

4chan is never correct. And that doesn't look like Pokemon concept art, real Pokemon concept art are a lot more sketchy and they have the name of the Pokemon and little notes.

4chan is never correct.

There's the very rare times when 4chan leaks are legit. Like Jawile mentioned before, when gameplay footage gets leaked (but that's harder to fake), but there were also rare instances like the Smash 4 leaks which happened on /v/ and later GameFAQs, revealing characters like Shulk and Duck Hunt Duo. However, in those kinds of instances, there's also the big difference that the leaks come from multiple sources.

Apart from this image not looking believable (we've all seen how S/M concept art looks, since a bunch was shown in the announcement trailer), it's from just one source.
