No but the fact she refuses to proof her millions, only have 2 ratings and keep outbidding me for an insane price and friends with the other outbidder makes me suspicious.

I also feel this way too. I've been wanting to say this, but everyone seems to be thinking otherwise so I just shut. But glad that someone pointed it out. As of now, just good luck to everyone here T^T

Diana does go only for 15-20 mil and the highest I've seen was 25 mil. But a lot of people have been looking for Diana recently (about 4 I know), and putting her in auction is no surprise that she'd be more than that.

40 mil is not fishy, someone got Diana for 45 mil.

You have the right to ask how she got so many bells or ask for tips, but asking for proof is a little offending. To me, if I was asked that, I'd be offended. I'd show proof just to get you guys to "STFU" (or whatever, thanks vocabulary for not helping right now) and then "claim" my "prize".

What Bon said. Also not doing this because of "butthurt" or because she is a wanted villager but why is it offensive? It would be if we like spammed her account or like reported her or whatever, but I tend to check peoples accounts before I even start transactions.

It's not hard to make 40+ million bells without duplicating or mass amounts of time on the island. There are plenty of ways. You could grow and sell hybrids, participate in the stalk market, etc. I'm sure if s/he's willing to pay that amount of bells for Diana, she wants her just as bad as you or anyone else on this thread. From the looks of it, you guys did seem to be targeting her negatively once she won the auction. She doesn't have to explain where she got the bells from to anyone, though. When you go to the grocery store, the cashier doesn't ask you where you got your money from. And also, everyone has to start somewhere, even if she is a troll, it's not fair to all the other newcomers to judge them over their limited wifi ratings.
