It's not hard to make 40+ million bells without duplicating or mass amounts of time on the island. There are plenty of ways. You could grow and sell hybrids, participate in the stalk market, etc. I'm sure if s/he's willing to pay that amount of bells for Diana, she wants her just as bad as you or anyone else on this thread. From the looks of it, you guys did seem to be targeting her negatively once she won the auction. She doesn't have to explain where she got the bells from to anyone, though. When you go to the grocery store, the cashier doesn't ask you where you got your money from. And also, everyone has to start somewhere, even if she is a troll, it's not fair to all the other newcomers to judge them over their limited wifi ratings.

Also no I'm not gonna bully her more, and whatever hostility was just because I was a bit suspicious of the raising bids considering she is not Ankha/Julian/Stitches caliber, or am I wrong? If people wanna bid, sure but it felt a bit meh getting outbid every second like that. And not trying to be hostile or "butthurt"(i mean people who say that or envious/jealous/etc. is just one of the biggest pet peeves there are)
