Do any of you have an AC themed journal?

I love seeing other's journaling ideas for ac
I was going to make mine detailed and intricate , mainly just keeping a log for each day but i've changed my mind. I'd rather just keep short logs of what I've done-- just so I don't spend too much time on it! (i feel like it takes me twice as long to create spreads compared to everyone else haha T_T)

Would it be possible to create a thread or group on tbt for acnh journaling?

I think creating a thread for Ac journals would be a great idea! They're really popular on Twitter at the moment and I imagine it'll only be getting busier the closer we get to the release.

Is that a bullet journal? Think you could leave tips/advice for how to set one up?

That's right!

I'll leave a few tips below, Pinterest and Tumblr are both useful for layout ideas as well, or the Reddit subreddit that Byebi kindly posted.



- Island name, date established, fruit/grass type/villagers you'd like or have when you first move there



- Character ID/Passport - for mine I made a little passport badge with a drawing of my character, the name/island name/friendcode but you could add your birthday as well. It may be a good idea to include something relevant to Dodo airlines also.



- Playtime tracker like the one I posted earlier, where you can keep track of the days you have or haven't played the game throughout the year. You can include things like your most played or most inactive month and a total count of how many days you've played.



- Island ideas?
Maybe things you want to make on the island - anything related to terraforming or little areas you want to create.


- A Nook Miles log to see which achievements you've gained

- A list of dreamies you hope to have

- A town map


Hope this helps inspire you a little! It's a really fun way to track your progress through the game and I always find it really exciting to look through others journals also.

I wish I had the dedication you guys have for this because it's so cute.

I personally have everything I need for guides and inspiration on my computer/phone. I have folders and fill em up with ACNL info and organize and color code on there. It works for me but it's less cute.

I am going to start my own guide book and tracker. In new leaf i always kept track on how much i spent in the shops to know how close i am to upgrading, i also kept track on how many days i actually played. So im going to make a journal of a calendar section and circle when i actually played. Then i want to make a section for fossils, fish , bugs and write down their name, and what they are worth and keep track if i got it and the time you can obtain it and season. Ive done that in the past. I know the game has its own when you catch it but i think id be fun to do it on your own

I'm going to keep a journal of my island and notes, I'm also planning to finally use my notebook! It's going to be a memory book with drawings and cute photos! I also have the animal crossing stickerbook and I can't wait to decorate with it!

It?s not at all necessary. Just for memories like you said, or, in my case, some people have an easier time keeping track of their goals and progress if it?s all written down.
