Do people really hate Jitters?

In my animal crossing new leaf town there are few villagers that I like as much as Jitters.

I really like his design because of how cute and colourful it is. He has a jock personality which I also like because it fits the fact that he is a bird and birds are fast.

Personally his eyes never bothered me for some reason which is a complaint I have seen about Jitters.Does he really deserve the hate after all?

I didn't either. he's not one of my dreamies, but I think he's a cute little bird!

I have never heard of anybody hating on jitters, I personally like jitters even though i don't have him in my town i think hes cute his eyes make him unique

Aw I like Jitters! He’s not my favourite or anything but his design is super cool, I love his colours a lot.

He seems like a pretty alright villager. Jocks personally are not my favorite and I usually avoid bright villagers, but his coloring makes sense since he is a bird as well.
I find his face entirely fine and his house is quite nice.

I haven't seen a lot of hate for Jitters here on Bell Tree,at least not as much as I've seen for other villagers like Jambette and most of the gorillas.There was a guy who posted a video on YouTube a few years ago called I Hate Jitters but I don't know if that's what started the idea that Jitters was generally hated.His house is ugly but he's been a good villager for me.

I read somewhere that they thought his eyes made him look like he was on drugs or something.

I don't like him that much because he always used to crash my town in Wild World, but I don't hate him either. He's colourful at least. There are worse villagers

Jitters receiving mass hate in unheard of. How dare.

I don't like super like him but I certainly woundn't say I hate him. He's a colorful birb, he would be good for a colorful themed town.

I think Jitters is kind of cute. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get him, but if he happened to show up in my town, he would be welcome.

People always have their least favorites, but never heard an issue for him.

Other than his druggy eyes, I think the his color palette is actually quite awful.

I've had quite the experience with Jitters.

Back when I started my New Leaf town in 2014, he was one of my original five and my first jock. He creeped me out at first and was sort of underwhelming. But, like my other starters, he grew on me. I have had several jock villagers during the history of my town, and most of them were supposed to replace Jitters. But, whenever he asked to move, I could never let him go.

Finally, about late 2017, he asked me to move. My town was at a stall of old blood, with me trying to single out a few villagers to move and waiting (I don't TT so sometimes it would be a week before someone asked to move, and then they would be my favorite villager. Needless to say I don't get many new villagers). Jitters asked to move and, wanting new blood and a break from the game, let him go.

In short, Jitters was a fine villager. He was never my favorite, but he grew on me. There are definitely worse jocks to have.

Jitters doesn't bother me at all. I actually like his design, as he is quite colorful, just like someone else said. Sometimes the best villagers, are the unpopular villagers in my opinion.

I couldn't see how anyone could hate Jitters. Sure he's not my favorite bird villager, but his design is really appealing and cute.

I wouldn't say I hate him but I wouldn't want him in my town; his eyes are just so unsettling and the dark green ring around them kinda look like eye bags.
