I used to think that there weren't actually people who believed the earth was truly flat and that it was just 100% trolling. I've since been shocked, and honestly a bit appalled, to find out that there are people who genuinely believe our planet is just a flat surface. Sure, it's still probably less than 5% of the flat-earthers who are serious, but damn, that's still a whole lot. Never encountered one in real life though.

Now I'm just waiting for the poll to get hacked. Again. lol

Yeah I?m pretty sure people on here just voted for flat because they wanted to troll the thread, however I?ve met quite a few serious flat earth era in my lifetime and honestly it?s so embarrassing for the human species in general

I have yet to meet a SINGLE person in real life who honestly believes it's flat, and they're not just memeing.

It's gotta be round and I would say it is. I don't believe in it, but like you said, it's scientific fact. I don't understand why it would be flat. Sometimes when I looked at the ground it looks round and not flat. So yeah, the earth is spherical.

Earth is definitely round. My aunt believes it's flat. Whenever I try to reason with her and show her how I can prove it mathematically, she gets annoyed and tells me even the equations are part of the conspiracy. Honestly, even if I were having any doubts about the shape of the earth or about space trips, I wouldn't even want to know it was all fake. I'd be so depressed and I wouldn't be able to handle the fact I've been lied to my whole life.

More like people need to use their eyes and understand the basic shapes. Of course the earth is spherical. Those still believing the earth is flat is straight up denying the facts.
