Do you care about grass and fruit?

I chose my town on a whim, not even caring about the grass or the fruit. Just as long as I have grass lol.

I wish that I had cared more when I first started out. Luckily, I got square grass (which I like quite a bit), but my starting fruit was the pear. I wish it'd been the apples, as they have the best looking perfect fruit model imo

When I first got Animal Crossing I just dove right in. I didn't care which fruit I got, I did get apples which is quite nice. It happens to be my favorite and it was always my native fruit. I think I made a second town on Population Growing and had oranges. Also, I didn't notice my grass was triangles until two or three weeks passed when I was helping my ex lay down paths and he had circles.

grass, no, fruit, yes. grass is such a little detail i could care less about. seriously though i didn't even know that people cared about the little little shapes in the grass. but fruit, that is a yes because it's like THE fruit that represents your town. i wouldn't want ugly pears or butt fruit (although i don't really mind it) representing my town.

Not really. I mean, I guess there's a fruit I'd prefer to have over the others, but it's not something I'd reset my game over. As for the grass, I have absolutely no preference.

I didn't really care about fruit and grass, it doesn't make any difference to me what I get.

Cherries are my native fruit, but considering you can get all (regular) fruits, I don't know why what your native is really matters. Yes, only your native is growable as perfects, but considering a lot of people seem to nowadays just copy Japanese towns and not have many trees and eleventy flowers and bushes and fancy paths, you don't even see the fruit trees that much.

I would like them to be nice but eventually I get all the fruits and stuff.

I don't really care about grass.

When I first made my AC town, I knew for a fact that I wanted to have apples as my town's native fruit. Apples are yummy & perfect apples look yummy.

No, I didn't care about either. Though, I kind of wish I would have got Apples as my native, because... Well, perfect oranges are just gross looking. ;-;

To be perfectly honest, I didn't even realize that there were different types of grass, but I'm fairly certain my town has circled grass.

As for the fruit, the only thing I knew when I was forced to restart my town was that I didn't want pears again, so I was pleasantly surprised that I got apples. I wouldn't have minded peaches either, but I prefer how perfect apples look, anyway.

I wanted triangle grass and either pears or oranges as my native fruit (don't like the look of perfect oranges though). I ended up being more concerned with getting the desired map layout, so it was a nice surprise to find triangle grass and pears in my town.

It doesn't matter, but I always want pears as my native fruit. I'd always get them and they just stuck with me.
