I'be never had sea sickness or motion sickness before but I know some have it bad!

it seems though that lately when I'm in the car and looking out I get a little queasy but I don't think it's enough to qualify for motion sickness.

how about you all? how do you cope with it?

I have motion sickness, sea sickness and vertigo.
it's horrible! I tend to sleep when travelling, but
that's hard sometimes due to my anxiety playing
up whenever I'm in a car/train/plane ect. however,
some motion sickness tablets knock you out, and
they're good if you can't possibly fall asleep.
there's also the option of sitting closer to the
front of the car and looking at the horizon. that sometimes
works! quq

I get really bad motion sickness from planes. If I ever fly I spend a good 70% of the trip throwing up.

i went on a cruise and got really bad seasickness, i don't get motion sickness unless i'm reading a book or playing my ds so generally i just listen to music.

im lucky i dont have any motion sickness. flew on a lot of planes and i was fine every time.

stop typing in small fonts dear lord. tbh no ones gonna strain their eyes just to read your response.

maybe if you asked nicely, I would think about it.
there is no need to be rude, especially when I haven't even
conversed with you before!

nope nope no, never. never felt ill while travelling, if i did ever even feel a little unwell i'd never ever get in a vehicle again

I didn't realise people got ill on planes, this puts me off ever going abroad lmao. I know I would be fine, but i'm terrified of other people being ill, specially in a confined space like a plane

well my apologies if that came off as rude but i just cant stand small fonts. not sure why would people who like small fonts make our life hard.

Both, but I take tablets if it's for a long journey, and normally I'll be ok.

I don't normally go on long trips anyway

both. when I'm in the car and not driving I have to take the front seat because it feels much worse when I'm in the back seat for some reaon

I get bad motion sickness when driving in a car for too long. Short trips that are on super windy roads will do it too. Luckily I don't have a problem with sea sickness, or sickness while flying.

i never had any problem with driving, but i've never been on a boat so i don't know if i'm seasick or not. (probably not, tho.)

Nobody in my family suffers from motion sickness, so no.

I can read, play my 3DS, or whatnot and not feel anything.

i never really get seasick, but i do get motion sickness. that's partly my fault because i read whenever i'm in the car aha

I have really, seriously bad motion sickness in cars. I SOMETIMES get seasick, but it depends on how long it's been since I've stretched my sea-legs.

Trains and aeroplanes don't bother me.

Neither of these effect me if I'm on rides or on a boat, etc. I never feel sick usually when I do stuff like that so no.

I have a phobia of being on boats/ships so I don't know if that counts as being seasick but yeah.

As for motion sickness nah, I like car rides. Though sometimes my mom speeds a bit too much and it's kinda scary.

The first time I got motion sickness was a year ago. We travelled by car and I tried to read. Ever since, I've been taking medicine with me. I don't get seasick.

I haven't been on a ship/boat in over a decade, and I was probably around 7 years old the last time so I have no clue. I don't get sick during car rides either unless I'm already feeling a bit gross. Recently, I flew somewhere for a trip after having not been on a plane since I was 3!! and I was fine. But while we were waiting for takeoff, it was superrrr windy (San Francisco tbh) and the plane wouldn't stop rocking back and forth. I don't know if it was my anxiety or whether it was the rocking, but I was feeling a bit sick up until I accustomed to it. I guess I don't get motion sick too easily overall? But I always feel as if I'm susceptible bc my stomach sucks lmao
