Do You Look Your Age?

I constantly get mistaken for being a lot younger than I actually am, the other day I was told I look to be about 12 years old, 12 1/2 at most lol I haven?t been 12 for 7 years

Do people usually assume you?re older, younger, or right at your actual age?

I really don’t. I am twenty years old, and I look like I’m twelve according to some people.

I can’t tell you how many times I got stopped by a cop during the hours of school just for him to ask me why I’m not in school. That’s when I pull out my lovely state ID and show him I’m twenty. He just drives away without saying anything.

Lol no, I probably look 8-10 year younger... Which is pretty embarrassing when you go out for a drink or stuff and they look at you weird when they see your ID card.. yeah I'm 26 move on lol

Well I think I do but others might think I'm older than I really am. I remember when I was like 15 and people would think I was in my 20s, like wth I looked so derpy tho xDDD

I was constantly mistaken for being middle school age (like 11-14 years old) up until I was about 23. That doesn't seem to happen that much anymore, but I'm not exactly sure when, why, how, or if it ever stopped. Might be because I stopped wearing baggy T-Shirts and jeans and started wearing nicer shirts with yoga pants (and you can see how big my butt actually is... bleh). Idk. Might be because I gained a bit of weight and I'm not stick thin anymore. My face hasn't really changed much at all.

I’m 21, and most of the time people guess that my age is somewhere around there. Granted, I don’t really ever wear pants or a nice outfit unless I’m going to dinner with someone. I live in Texas, so a lot of the time, especially during the summer right now, I just wear shorts and a t-shirt, and a lot of them are sports-themed. It’s too hot to wear pants right now and earlier in Texas, and I have no idea what people find “appealing” about pants over shorts when shorts can literally have pretty much any design.

Nope, I do not, and it's a little embarrassing. Last year when I was on holiday with my family our tour organiser asked if my brother and I were twins. He's 17, I'm 24. Probably not a bad thing though.

2. I look like a scene teenage boy, but I'm a young adult! I just wear whatever I feel like, and my favorite outfit consists of a beanie and my galaxy jacket, also my height doesn't help at all in determining my age. I remember one time at my former job a customer told me that I looked too young to be working there, which I think you have to be at least 18 because the store sells alcohol.

I'm 19, and people definitely think of me as being a different age than I am, but which way depends on the situation. I'm a trans guy, and I'm relatively androgynous, so it's always a mystery to me whether people think I'm a guy or a girl, but usually, when people think I'm a girl, they think I'm older than I actually am, and when people think I'm a guy, they think I'm younger than I actually am.

Wish me luck y'all, I'm gonna go buy a scratch ticket later and I hope they don't think I'm 12, haha. (BTW, 19 is the legal gambling age where I live, so don't worry)

but when i had shorter hair people would think i was a 12 year old boy or something bc id pass as a boy and im short, have smooth skin and not very masculine features in general.
one time a woman yelled at me for being late and not helping her son?s sports team with something because she thought i was a teammate of her son. i was early to my practice lol and at the time i was pretty offended because she was really rude and i didn?t like being called a 12 year old (i was 14 or something at the time hhhhh so i was actually a baby pretty much)

I've always looked a few years younger than my age. When I was 10 I got 7, when I was 16 I got 12 (legit everyone thought me and my four years younger sister were twins), now I'm 19 and I get 14-15. I'm short and have a baby face and don't wear makeup so that's probably why. Also I'm really shy so my overall demeanor probably makes me seem younger too.
