Do you tend to let people wonder after a trade?

I do, I trust people a lot, all I ask them to do is not run on my flowers, other than that I let them shop, go into my house etc.

So you let people wonder around and shop?

Only if they ask permission but... I have trust issues so usually I just quickly make the trade, say bye and then make another trade.
But if I talk to the person for a while or if we have the same interests and stuff, I'll start trusting them more.

Yea, i will allow them to explore only if they ask me (nicely) before hand. I even give them a tour around my town (and my house too). The only time when i'm willing to open my gate is only after i bought all items i need at mall section, so i don't really mind if they want to shop at my town.

I don't really care, but I'll probably hide being trees the entire time and follow them to make sure they don't take anything or do anything stupid.

If they want to look around, chat with villagers, shop, fish, etc then that doesn't bother me. I don't set rules or insist on escorting them because I personally don't like being treated with such suspicion when I visit other people's towns. Treat others how you want them to treat you and all that.

* although with villager trades I often do accompany them on the way to the house, then I usually wander off somewhere once they've gone inside.

I usually just let people wander around if they want to if I've already met them before and they've proven to be trustworthy (e.g. they won't steal any of my hybrid flowers.) So if they want to look in the shops, talk to villagers, and other such things, then they can.

However, I do tell people to please not run in my town because I have tons of flowers everywhere, so I just appreciate them being careful. They're usually very understanding, which is awesome for me.

I usually end the session right after the trade is done. Have other stuff to do man.

This. I usually try to do trades quickly, I don't have time to stand around and wait for somebody to go to the shops and such. But if they ask and I do have time, then sure. I don't bother going with them, and I've never had anything stolen. I guess that shows how great TBT traders are, aha. c:

I don't like having people i don't know wander around my town. I've had my town completely destroyed once when i let somebody wonder after completing a trade.

However if my friends come to visit they are free to wander because i trust them.

I can't control their thoughts, so yeah I guess I do let them wonder in my town. Only for a few seconds, though, then I close the gate and they have to wonder in their own town.

Sometimes.

I get annoyed when I have things laying out in other places in my town when I don't want people to wander around, but generally, I'm okay if people want to take a peek around. As long as I'm not in the middle to trading with a bunch of people and I'm in a hurry.

I have before if they asked, but usually I watch where they go cause I don't know them of course, so just in case. But nothing bad has happened and the people I've traded with all have good ratings or are trusted people.

Whenever I go somewhere, I get stalked e_e It's weird, but I understand it.
With me I usually lead someone to the moving villager's house out of courtesy, and then they leave or I disconnect. I've only had one person ask to go to Main Street and I said sure. Like I care.
If I noticed a ton of my hybrids were gone I'd have an issue. But I have more violets and tulips than I really need, and if those were gone, I'd be upset, but eh. idk. I like having people over to comment on my town lol. It'd be cool if there were a comment box in the dream world.

I just leave my 3DS open somewhere I can see (so I can see if they send me a message) while doing something else. :)

This lol, its very rarely that I have the time or want to sit around and chat and show someone around. I only let my bestfriends [on the game, which is 3 people] come over and freely walk around and such, otherwise I trade and end the session. Call me antisocial, but I worked way to hard to get my town the way I want it for someone to go in and steal my flowers, chop stuff down etc.

After a trade I end the game. I let the person know that beforehand and tell them that if they want a tour, we do it before the trade and they MUST stay with me the entire time.

My town is still really underdeveloped and about 2/3rds of it is dedicated to hybrid plots, so I don't like to give people tours just because it's nothing special yet! Once it looks a little better, I might be more inclined to let people walk around, but I'd still follow them like a hawk and lay down all the rules just because I don't like what I've experienced from some people beforehand.

Whenever someone asks, I usually say something along the lines of, "My town is still pretty empty! There's not much to see. Haha!" And for some reason people take that as a cue to say, "Aw! I'm sure it's fine! I'm just going to run over here out of your sight now! Goodbye!" I've also had someone say, "Can I explore for a bit?" and then walk away (off the paths and over the places I'm trying to regrow grass) before I've ever answered...

Although in retrospect, I'm totally letting them wonder about my town since they never actually get to see it for themselves. :D

I've had that happen too. Totally annoying. Why bother asking if you are just going to do it anyways T_T

Another thing I hate is when I have items laying on the ground and people go over to them and check them out.....those aren't for you please go away >:/
