Do you think the ACNL update will increase TBT site traffic?

Eh, it'll bubble up some excitement for a while but won't make a huge difference in the long run.

I think so, but definitely not as much as a new game would. I'm guessing it won't take that long to die down either though.

I think once people find out whether or not the amiibo villagers are trade-able, that'll also effect traffic.

I think so, but I think a lot of people will be thinking it just lets you use the amiibo, so it won't be a huge deal to them. I'm excited myself, but I can't update yet for certain reasons.

I think it will. This game was updated significantly for the first time after 4 years, so that's a huge deal and I think most people would come back after hearing this. Then again, they might not be all that interested since this requires amiibo, which is purchaseable seperately.

I personally bought some amiibo's myself, but I really have come back to this game and now finally started constructing my town much more seriously, finally buildiing the dream town that I've been wanting to have in this game.

I think it depends on what people want to say or ask when it comes to the update. I haven't downloaded the update yet though. Soon, though.

Perhaps, although a lot of the 'serious AC crowd' are already on here, regularly. Hopefully more people will pop over though!

I mean, it got me to sign up for TBT, so I'm sure there will be lots of people who at least register. There will definitely be an uptick in people trading for all the new stuff and people wanting to ask questions about the update.

Definitely. I dropped TBT then rejoined after the game updated.

I think it definitely has already increased the numbers, but most of them will probably drop off in the coming couple of months.
