Computer. I have a dumb phone - literally a crappy cell phone that can just call and text. But it's super cheap and that's all I need it for.

I've never used this forum on my laptop. At home, I use it on my iPad. When I'm at school with nothing better to do (like I am right now ) I just use my phone. I prefer the tablet but the phone works too.

I don't have a phone, so computer. I would browse TBT on my 3DS browser sometimes, but my 3DS's broken now, so there goes that!

Computer but if I need to upload a picture I took with my ipod I use that. But it's pretty outdated and really frustrating to use because it's such a small screen (same with pretty much every other site besides Reddit which has an official app), so I prefer desktop.
