i've left a space for him beside my house since we haven't seen each other since lockdowns started :,) next time we do, i'd let him play on my game! he's never played ac before but i've gushed about it enough to get him interested!

My S/O plays, and we have created a character of each other on our respective islands. On his island, our houses are side-by-side. On my island, I haven't decided on where I would like to place our houses; I just know I would like them to be close together (ideally, side-by-side, if space allows).

We help each other dig up flowers, set aside new DIY recipes for each other, catch fish/bugs/deep-sea creatures, and give each other feedback on our islands if we're re-designing anything. We also like going on virtual dates in the Museum and occasionally playing hide-and-seek. :3

He does! Both of us grew up on Animal Crossing, so we eagerly awaited the midnight release of this title and started our islands together. We both take breaks from time to time, but we still play together and visit each other’s towns.

My boyfriend got the game when it first came out and played for a day... Then he stopped...

And then he met me and recently got back into it with me! Now it's just a waiting game until he puts a plot down so I can give him a villager he really wants. But it's really fun we like to have little dates on it since we can't see each other during lockdowns.

Well, while we were together she did. Got a switch a few months after I. It was fun sharing items and going on each others islands while it lasted. This was during quarantine as well and she went back to her home city since the school semester was over, so we would facetime and play together.

Nope. My husband says AC is as exciting as watching grass grow. LOL My best friend played New Leaf, but doesn't want to place NH because she feels like it would become a huge time suck for her. (she's not wrong!)

That said, I've become better friends with a previous acquaintance because of NH and have really enjoyed getting to know her better.

Unfortunately my bf doesn’t own a switch but he’s still very interested in ac! Maybe it’s because he likes how enthusiastic I talk about it lol
I hope one day he has his own switch and we can play together and stuff!

My best friend has the game but she rarely plays the switch anymore, let alone her island. I doubt she will get back into it.

mine used to play a bit, but he didn't use his switch much and ended up giving it to me. i'd love to play with him again someday!
