see title!

... also, what prices do they go for, and how many are there in a pack?

in sweden a pack consists of 3 cards for roughly €10, with one NPC and two villagers. i've heard that this frankly rotten deal is not exclusive to sweden, but i'd like to know if things are different in other parts of the EU. i'd really like to start a proper collection, but i'm just at a total loss of where to start what with the horrid prices...

thanks in advance!

edit: accidentally used the pound symbol instead of the euro symbol lol WHOOPS...

Hello there !
It's the same in France, a pack only contains 3 cards with one NPC/two villagers. (Price is 4,99€)
And series 5 amiibo packs are very hard to find in stores at the moment...
For my concerns I used Vinted to trade/bargain for some of them that I really wanted.

in the UK, i got mine at GAME -- 3 cards (1 NPC, 2 villagers) for £4 a pack (might've been £3.50, i can't actually remember), two per person on release day. i don't know if they were sold in-store anywhere else here. definitely wouldn't have bought them at £10. that's rough. £4 already felt a little steep to me given that the US gets double the cards for a similar price as far as i know.

d'oh, i accidentally used the pound symbol instead of the euro symbol in the opening post. 😬
euro is not our actual native currency so i'll blame it on that LOL. what i meant to type is that a pack of 3 goes for roughly €10!

i see, thanks! sounds like trading will be a key part in amassing a decent collection...

i'm a total dummy and wrote the wrong symbol lmfao, but yeah, it's still a really rough price. sounds like my best bet would be to import cards from elsewhere in the EU then, will have to look into UK-based options. thanks a lot for letting me know!
