It's Zoogina, part of a group of characters called the Zoogs who showed up in Disney Channel Bumpers from 1998-2002 (though they did undergo a redesign and this is the newer Zoogina. I adore their designs, especially Zoogina and her big sister Dotcom, they're so funky! They also had a PC game and this screenshot is from it but I changed the background from pink to blue to make it less eyestrainy, plus they're usually on a blue background anyway.

It's a picture of RJ and Koya, from BT21, sitting under a cherry blossom tree.
It's official art of Izuku Midoriya from the season 7 poster art. Chose it because it shows how much Deku has gone through in his time at U.A. High School, and all the things he's endured, but also how much power and skill he's grown into as well.
I feel it's fitting for me as a person, since despite being bullied in middle school, being diagnosed with Aspergers or stage 1 autism, having plenty of lonely times, losing my mom, and having found it difficult to find a good career job for two years after graduating from university, I continued to persevere and still found a way to make things work. Just like Midoriya will continue marching with his comrades in order to defeat All For One and Shigaraki, I'll continue marching into the future from here on out and touch the lives of everyone I encounter in a positive way. Yes... just like my mom did.
