A: Easy! All you have to do is leave a message on this thread with your username, a picture of the design you want replicated, whether you'd like the design on a specific customizable furniture piece, set, or as a Pro Design, and that's it!
A: When you make a request, it gets added to a list of ongoing requests that resets on Monday mornings. Requests are closed Saturdays at midnight, and designs are uploaded to this thread on Sundays! When we release the Weekly Creations list Sunday afternoon, we'll notify you via PM that your design is ready for pickup. The Weekly Creations thread will have a list of all the QR codes created for that week, and that's where you'll be able to find your request!
Q: Wait! What if I don't want my requested QR code to be posted publicly?
A: No worries! Just say so in your original request, and we'll make a note of it in the list of ongoing requests. When Sunday rolls around, we'll release the Weekly Creations, minus your request, and send the QR codes to you in a PM.
Q: How do I receive my requested furniture if the set I want customized isn't in my catalogue?
A: Let us know in your original request, and we'll send our deliverers to come help you out! Our deliverers will set up a time of delivery with you via PM to bring the requested pieces to your town, and include the QR to your custom pattern in the PM!
