I still remember when I was like 7 playing Wild World, and I was really annoyed by Nook

New Leaf and Wild world are the only ones I have played, but I totally prefer NL over WW. I hate like half of my villagers in WW, they're just horrible and rude haha. The graphics are bad and Nook annoys me soo much.

New Leaf is definitely my favorite Animal Crossing title by far. I could get lost in it for hours without getting bored, and there's always something to do. I could only play Wild World for about an hour a day (at the most), but maybe that's a good thing.

The other games were good, but New Leaf hits the mark by miles.

Out of all the games that I played, New Leaf is the better game.
For one thing, it makes bell-grinding easier and more assessable than previous games. And it has a lot more freedom and creativity that the previous games lack.
Though close second is Animal Crossing E+, just for the complete experience of the original game....I'm still waiting for a group of people to translate it.

The Gamecube version. It was the very first Animal Crossing game I played, so it's always been my favorite.

Definitely New Leaf. I think I played City Folk for the maximum of about 10 hours before giving up & I can say that I enjoyed the GC version quite a bit, but I didn't enjoy any of these as much as I enjoyed Wild World & New Leaf. Out of WW & NL though, I can conclude that I find New Leaf to be my definite favourite.

That's actually a really hard question for me. I played the gamecube Animal Crossing for so long. Nothing will ever change the magic of playing your favorite games for the first time. Animal Crossing for GC is such a loving nostalgia trip into my childhood. I will never get rid of it.
New Leaf on the other hand, is equally as awesome. Having the ability to customize furniture, as well as the town itself, is a huge bonus. Graphics are done nicely, and everything plays well. I love them both. =P
I've played all of the AC games, and I hated City Folk the most. WW was ok, but really kind of meh.

I wasn't a big fan of CF, I never played the GC version, and WW hasn't aged well.

New Leaf. I don't like City Folk's controls and the fact that's its basically Wild World (which isn't that great to be honest) except on the Wii with slightly better graphics doesn't make it any better in my opinion.

I want to play the Gamecube version.

I was between New Leaf and Wild World. Although NL has much better graphics, WW was the first AC I played, and I really miss the villagers' personalities.
