Favorite cranky villager?

I think you're lucky with Octavian 'cause for me it's one of the best Crankies (I absolutely love that personality btw, they make me laugh and a lot of time I relate to them )

Here's 3 suggestions : Cyd (my favorite), Kabuki and Lobo.

Yeah I decided to stick with Octavian because I love the Octopus species and Zucker/Marina don't fit in with what I'm trying to do.

I have to answer this thread because I've answered the many other threads on this topic, my favorite personality!

I also have/have had, and love them all: Avery, Butch, Cyd, Fang, Frank, Hopper, Kabuki, Octavian, Ricky, Tom and O'Hare. (Wait! I do not love Hopper, mainly because he plopped his house down directly in front of my main character's house in one of my NL towns where I was planning to put a fountain and rose garden. It took a long time to get rid of him!) I had no idea I have had so many crankies!

I love Dobie~ I can honestly say my island wouldn't feel like home without him, and I don't know if I'd say that about any of my other villagers, even the ones I really like... He lives pretty far from anyone else on my island, in his little meadow clearing, but my house is also pretty secluded so we're practically neighbors. He putters around in his wildflower garden most of the time, but I feel like my more energetic villagers keep him on his toes.

Walt has the same "old man" energy that makes Dobie unique, and also the distinction of being one of only two male kangaroos! His scar makes him look pretty cool too, like a retired ronin. I had him in New Leaf and adored him--I originally planned to have him and Dobie both, before my list of dreamies grew too large to accommodate another cranky...but it would've been great, he and Dobie and Greta could have had an old timers' breakfast club or something!

Bruce is another New Leaf favorite. Cyd looks really cool, with his green nail polish and mohawk. Gonzo I really wanted in New Leaf, but I think they changed his model to be more smiley and I like it a bit less...I found the idea of a murderous-looking unhinged koala to be so funny, but now he looks more mild-mannered.

Definitely Kabuki. other than him, I do like Vladimir, Ricky, Static, Hamphrey (four of which I don’t have yet), Del, & Apollo

Wolfgang has always been my favorite, but I love the other Cranky wolves too.

I got Cyd from my campsite before I reset and I liked him a lot. Hoping I'll run into him again eventually.

I have so many favorite cranky villagers, I can't pick just one. I love all the wolves that are cranky. I love Apollo and Cyd. Kabuki and Walt are amazing. Cyrano is great. Grizzly is adorable. There are probably a lot I'm forgetting since I've had a lot of great crankies.

Butch is my favorite cranky of all time He's in my New Leaf town and is awesome.

Chief! surprised more people haven't mentioned him. Maybe he was only in the higher ranks during New leaf days

Gonzo, Knox, Chief, and Vic for me. Gonzo and Knox are on my island right now, but I really like Chief's design. When he busts out singing randomly I crack up. I wish I could fit Vic in somewhere, but alas. I do really like his design though for that Viking aesthetic.

I lot of great Cranky villagers out there and a lot of great ideas!..... Seems like Wolves tend to be the most popular ones..

Wolfgang was my very first Cranky villager back in the GCN days, so I have a soft spot for him, of course. I really love Fang as well, and have him on my island. I've never had Lobo, but he looks great as well. Cranky + Wolves is a great combo, it seems. lol

Mine is Octavian because he was the first Octopus villager in Animal Crossing and Octopuses are my favorite animal so I always have all of them. C:
