My favourite ice cream flavour is vanilla. If a brand can't make a good vanilla, there's no point trying the other flavours in my experience. Good vanilla is not easy to find so I always enjoy it when I find it!

I discovered a gourmet one a few months ago that I've been eating a lot of since : vanilla ice cream with pavlova (pieces of meringue) and passionfruit sauce. Oh my goodness it is SO good. The tub never makes it into my freezer, I eat it straight away!

I love ice cream van gelati, too. I always get a double scoop of rainbow in a cup or an ice cream cone, with no chocolate or banana. I don't usually like artificial banana and can't stand stomach fake chocolate flavours.

My favorite is lucuma ice cream which isn't on there. It's only available in my home country. How do I describe the flavor? It's sweet, caramel-like but totally different. Not only is it amazingly good but it's known to help soothe the nervous system and has other health benefits. It's so yummy. There's no comparison. <3
