Favorite Removed Villager?

I love Nindori, a really adorable Ostrich villager, that I NEED. He is so cute and looks like Sandy’s brother, so head canon for me.

There are quite a few I'd like back but the main ones are Champ, I'm generally not a fan of the monkey villagers but I liked him, and the Sanrio villagers, especially Etoile and Chai, I think they have really nice designs and are really lovely colours.

I heard they were bringing back the Sanrio amiibo cards? I don’t think they’ve confirmed that they’re adding the villagers back, but it seems likely if they’re doing a reprint!

yeah I'm really hoping this means the villagers are returning, it would be lovely to be able to have them in the game

I miss Belle, Emerald, and Pierre.
Belle and Emerald both had very simple designs but not to the point of being generic/boring looking and they fit the vibe of the original AC in my opinion. Pierre was a kinda creepy cat mime but I really enjoy the aesthetics of the circus themed villagers like Pietro and Marcel.

The villagers whose absence I feel the most are Pierre and Pigleg. One of my New Leaf towns is a hybrid circus and magic show-themed town, and Pierre would have fit in so well. As for Pigleg, I'm a fan of the Pig villagers and I also have a fondness for more unique designs, so I would've really loved to have been able to have the pirate pig as a resident in one of my games.

I also liked Aziz's blue mane but never had him as a resident before he was removed from future entries. Woolio would be nice to see return too, I like the sunglasses and the face paint.

I haven't played the games they were in, but if they were still around I would seriously consider getting both Aziz and Sven! I really like Aziz' design, and I've got a real soft spot for elderly villagers like Sven.

I was devastated to learn that Twirp hasn't appeared since the GameCube game. He was one of my original villagers from that one, so I have a fondness for him. He was a piece of garbage, but he was my piece of garbage. And I would do anything to protect him!

I miss cranky types in general.

I’ll have to say Bow and Champ. Bow is an adorable dog and needs to be brought back. Champ is literally the only monkey that I like, so it’s a shame that he was removed. I used to have a Champ plush at one point. I don’t have it anymore.

There are way too many... I started this franchise with NL and later played the games in reverse order, but it didn't feel all that much different until AC for the Game Cube. Only just some features were missing (due to not having being implemented yet, logically).

But there? Frick, you actually had to work hard for them to like you, and even then, they were still mean in their comments sometimes. I love my villagers in NL, but even the cranky Dobie went soft on me after a few days effort. Yet, after literally two years of friendship with Tiara, the other day she told me that I "could certainly do with a few less kg on me" (translation aprox.)

Not sure if "missing" would be the correct them, since I play them often in my ACGC town, but since they didn't reappear after that... My fave removed villagers are some the ones I have right now: Aziz, Rio, Tiara, Quetzal, Leigh, Dozer, Iggy, Sue E., Woolio and the islander Elina.

Aziz is my LIFE I miss his sweet jock personality and his blue mane, he's one of my original AC villagers and I pray for his return to the AC franchise every day, even if they have to change his name/design a bit to make him a bit more "politically correct." (personally I think people wouldn't be bothered by it, but :/

Also, I just found Tarou and I'm in love with him already. I'm not a huge fan of jocks in NH, but they're so sweet in previous games and I would LOVE to have these two lovely boys back

Meow and Bow for me too! This is interesting about them (from the Nookipedia page):
