Favourite Switch Games ???

My family keep asking me what I would like for xmas and I don't want anything really but I was thinking of just asking for a new game.
Does anyone have suggestions on their favourite switch games that I can look more into?

I've only played 2 so far since I just got my switch a month ago. Anyway, I have ANCH and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. If you like Pokemon, it's a pretty fun game!

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Pretty sure that’s the Switch game I’ve gotten the most hours out of.

I'm interested myself in game recommendations. I have Paper Mario Origami King to still complete. I can only play one game at a time so I'm kinda screwed with ACNH taking my attention and my gacha games. Some other ones that I'm interested in in addition to maybe the Fire Emblem Three Houses one are: Collection of Mana (Last Cloudia did a collab with them and I just thought Randi was so cute ^.^; am extremely interested now in seeing what the game is about), the new Pokemon snap is on my list (i hope it is compatible with my switch lite), Cuphead.

Overcooked is a local co-op for 2-4 players. It is wonderfully chaotic for friends and family.

Echoing earlier suggestions of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Overcooked/2, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Love all of them, but may want to skip Smash Ultimate if you're looking for more than just pure action. It's also a game I'd only recommend if you have friends that play it too.

A few of these are remasters of games released for other consoles, but are some of my favorites:
Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town
Rune Factory 4: Special
Pokemon: Let's Go Eevee/Pikachu
Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness and The Secret Hideout

Sakuna of Rice and Ruin is a recent release that combines the craft of making rice and fun side-scrolling action. I haven't played it yet, but it's one I'm looking at buying. Take a peek to see if it may be something you enjoy.

Another game to look out for this year is Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, which releases on November 20.

If there is one game I would call my favorite and which I would also recommend, then it's The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. For me one of the best TloZ games out there. It's challenging and fun at the same time, has a wonderful story, lovely characters, basically the perfect game where you can spend tons of hours into it (especially if you want to reach 100%) and which is still enjoyable if you replay it any time again imo.

Other Switch games I like and enjoy playing are AC New Horizons, Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

I agree I love Breath of the wild but I stopped playing cause animal crossing came out haha

I only have 3 games on my Switch; ACNH, Pokémon (Shield, 'cause I prefer the Pokémon in that version), & Minecraft.
