1: under 500tbt // $10 - $19
2: 501tbt - 1000tbt // $20 - $40
3: 1001tbt - 1500tbt // $41 - $60
4: 1501tbt - 9999tbt // $61 - $150
5: 10000tbt+ // $151+
(or are you just wanting to offer RLC, no tbt?)
