Rule two states what I do for notification for move ins/move outs, I will look past it this once because I haven't added it on yet but from now on if something in your post implies that you haven't read through the rules I will not take reserves from you.
So yes you can reserve Lily but please read through the rules as well.
They are both clearly listed under the Filled Reserve Slots - No More Reserves Will Be Taken list. Rule number 1 tells you to read through them and that reserve requests that clearly haven't will be ignored.

Sorry, because earlier you requested a reserve on a villager that was clearly marked under fully reserve I will not take reserves from you. Rules are there for a reason please read them next time. :c

Correct me if I'm wrong, and I'm definitely not trying to tell you what to do, but I think it'd be a good idea to put on your list that lightpastelrainbows was the second person to reserve Poppy (I didn't see "2nd" next to "Poppy" so I thought I'd bring it up). You don't want to accidentally reserve a third person and create any confusion/arguments. o:

I checked and you can have the second reserve for Biskit. Also, don't worry about another reserve. (I think three/four will be the limit anyway)
Oh shoot I missed that one didn't I? Your completely right, it slipped right past me. I'll go fix it now and tell that person that they can't reserve her after all (but I'll keep their name just in case). Thanks for telling me!

Well, she can reserve, it's just that she will be second. And no prob!
Also, you can take me off of the reserve for Felicity since I got her and she has one slot left. cx
You could try and TT forward 3 days in one big gap but it may accidentally kick one of the villagers out without going in boxes. It can get the ball rolling, but it's not the safest method. It really depends on how cautious you want to be. It's just something I would personally do. Goodluck on cycling!
