I just have my normal ones I got day 1. But unfortunately my blue Joy con was busted and kept wanting to go up for some reason.
I ended up buying the watermelon colored ones and they felt so much better!
I use blue and green colored ones because I had the drift problem (running without me touching the remote) in three of my old left remotes. I kept buying new ones to get rid of the problem, but it kept happening. I actually contacted Nintendo and when all their troubleshooting failed, they offered to fix all three for free even out of warranty. I just got them back this week and they work perfectly now.
I've still got my basic black joycons, although I have had to replace my left one once because of accidental water damage. I kind of like having my black ones for now though, because it fits in with my dark style room, and also seems to make me focus on the screen more when i'm playing in handheld mode. Although, while i'm not sure if this counts, I have been eyeing up some d-brands skin for my Nintendo switch dock and joycons recently. Even just the black 'swarm' pattern looks so amazing, and i'm trying to find a good combination that works, but i'd definitely recommend them instead of buying entire new joycons just for the color change.
started with the grey joycons, but during quarantine joycon drift got really bad and repairs were closed. since then i splurged on the mario red joycons because i needed to have them or i'd die
I have the red & blue ones that came with the console. I'm thinking about getting a new pair, but I'm debating wether I want a colored pair or just plain neutral ones (black/gray). If I do get a new pair, I'm probably going to get a custom shells/housing for my old ones that way I won't be afraid to break anything inside, since I'll have the new ones as backup.
i have the acnh switch, so mine are that mint green/pale blue combo. i usually go for all-black in pretty much everything, but i couldn't pass up this switch :')
I got the Switch with the red/blue joycons and got the pink/green ones a year later. Now I'm using the latter. I wanted to go pink/blue, but the different wear was off-putting.
I do! I have the AC Switch edition so they're pastel green/blue. They're so pretty! But I'm worried if I'll get the drift eventually and since they're special colours, it'll be hard to replace them.
I have the red & blue ones, starting to feel the drift horrors everyone has been experiencing tho. I also have the green & yellow ones that came in a bundle with Mario party.
I didn’t really had any plans to get a switch prior to the release of the ACNH game but when the game came out + the accompanying console I knew I had to have one! So my current switch controllers are the mint blue and green one. It still works like new so far no drifts! Hoping it stays that way for a long time lol
I have the original red/blue. If I were to get another pair I would get the purple/orange or if by some miracle they release the ACNH joycons seperate I would love those
I have the New Horizon blue/mintish coloured ones, some orange and purple ones cause hello it's purple I need it, a wireless pro controller (they only come in black rip) and a wired rock candy somethin purple controller that idrk where to plug it in.
I got the purple/orange joycons to rotate from my special joycons. I'd rather the purple/orange ones get drift than my special ones that can't be replaced. I got the pro controller as a gift. I was gonna buy one anyway cause I wasn't a fan of how small the joycons felt in my hands, considering I was playing alot of Wii and was used to the bigger remotes. I also grew up playing some PlayStation so I figured the pro would feel more like the controllers I was used to. The pro is my favourite out of all of my controllers rn.
I wouldn't have the rock candy controller cause its wired, but I made the mistake thinking it would work with the lite (my sister and I were going to split the cost and share it) so I bought it fully. I plan on using it when my pro needs to charge and I still want to play, but idk what plug it goes in. I might have to unplug somethin else like my roku or Wii to plug it in.
