My favorites are Cherries and Apples! Surely love my warm colors.
I was pretty disappointed that at the very least bananas didn't transfer over to the new game. I think we need something more than just coconuts on the beach.

hm. i honestly like all of the fruits but my favourite definitely has to be the peaches and i’m really glad that they’re my native! i’ve always loved the look of them in-game and they’re one of my favourite fruits irl, too.
i miss the fruits from new leaf a lot; especially the perfect ones, lemons and bananas! i’d love to see them all come back one day, though. :’)

Peaches and apples look best on trees. But cherries and oranges look best on the mason jars when your villagers are walking around with them. Cherries are pink and oranges have little orange slices on the jars. They’re super cute.
Personally, peaches and apples are my favorites. Apples in previous games, especially bec perfect apples are so sparkly and look so yummy. But I love peaches too. I had looked for peaches when I started my first island but I reset recently and got cherries.

Oranges are my favourite fruit in AC. 
Because orange is my favourite colour and anything orange is such a beautiful contrast against green or blue, so orange trees look particularly attractive to me. In real life, I like oranges for the way they look and smell, but I don't eat oranges. I'm not friends with citrus fruits.
My island's native fruit is actually the apple. It was the same when I played New Leaf. I'm not the type to reset for a particular fruit. I'm fine with any fruit as the native one.
I don't miss the fruits in NL. I mean, it'd be nice if they came back. But I won't feel deprived if they didn't.

everytime i reset my game i start with either oranges, peaches or pears, which is pretty annoying tbh

I love cherries the most, followed by apples and also kinda peaches. I wish they would bring back lemons and bananas, they were my favorites back in New Leaf. Also hope that the grapes from Pocket Camp gonna be available in NH one day.

Lemons were my favorite so I miss them a lot. For the ones in the game I think apples are my favorite.

I really like the peaches and apples the most. I think I like the pears the least because it's too much green. I suppose it would depend on which fruits you like IRL or which match the overall look of your island. I really miss having lemons, I wish they'd add more tree types to the game. I hoard lemons on Pocket Camp so I'd love to build a little lemonade stand area somewhere on my island in tribute to that!
My current native fruit is oranges and I like them. I feel like they fit well on an island. I also like their drink the best that the villagers carry around. I actually reset many times just to get oranges as my native fruit. However I am not sure resetting for fruit is really worth it. It doesn't seem to really affect much. When I do round two, I am unsure if I will reset for fruit, but I have considered pears.

I miss perfect fruit for sure! especially perfect apples. hours of my resetting NL towns was because I wanted those damn perfect apples. I like all the fruits honestly - my native fruit is oranges and I love the little orange juice my villagers can carry around. cherries and apples are probably my favourites though, closely followed by peach.

Why Nintendo chose not to include them is beyond me, but I'm really hoping they add them back in a future update.

my favorite fruits are the oranges!! I also really like the cherries. I just think they're so bright and cute and they match my island really well. I really really miss the lemons from new leaf and im kinda hoping they add them back (or maybe some other fruit) in one of the upcoming updates!

I don't really prefer any of the fruits to the others. Although, I was destined for pears, and the universe said no. My GC town had peaches, my WW town had oranges, CF had Cherries, and NL had apples. So by all logic my NH island should've had pears. But I got peaches instead. Probably my least favorite, tbh. Not cuz I don't like peaches, but just cuz most people like them the best. Oh well, it's whatever.

I randomly got peaches in NL and was pretty happy with them, especially the perfect ones! I actually randomly got them again in NH, but I actually have all oranges in my town!
