Guava's lack of game related content despite activity.
(From my perspective it I don't find it alignment relevant whatsoever, I'm more trying to prod them to comment more on the game.)
popped in to check in on the game but i see its dry so bye

ness is a big stinky dum dumi agree that the whole RNG thing gave townie vibes bc it verged into twtbaw territory which is why it just didn't ping me at all bc it was pretty obvious that it wasn't a legitimate method or serious suggestion of choosing the chop for day 1. THAT SAID i erroneously townlocked ness in the last game for doing dumb stuff that was so wolfy i thought maf would never ever in a million years do it so i am ~ learning from my mistakes ~ which is why i'm not going to give antonio any townie points for this
It wasn't a serious suggestion, only a suggestion to start the conversation.
Gun to your head, who's mafpopped in to check in on the game but i see its dry so bye
I wouldn't say we have nothing. I am staunchly against voting off an inactive though. Inactives give literally zero information at this stage of the game. If they're going to continue to be inactive, let the mods deal with them. One of my biggest concerns is how are we going to vote during this phase if there's nothing to work with.
ur a contentis that enough content from me
agreed, theres not too much to work with so its highly probable we'll mislynch today unless something scummy comes up.One of my biggest concerns is how are we going to vote during this phase if there's nothing to work with.
Do we vote off someone who is inactive? I'm highly against a no lynch approach, btw.
The entire discussion and I'm not 100% sure how to join in.

with how little has actually happened since last night and EOD is in ~12 hrs, if not a whole lot happens i'm casting my vote for endless.
purely just bcos i don't like when ppl try that hard to steer/control the game. it's a game, you should be able to work with the content that the players provide without adding caveats.

Gun to your head, who's maf
agree but i had to provide.. ~*~*content*~*~i'm against lynching an inactive but i'm also against policy lynching people bc their playstyle grates on you
to elaborate a tiny bit more though, i get that but the inverse should also be true. you can't expect everyone to play the way you play, so you shouldn't be telling people what to do or not do. especially so early on where fluff does make up a lot of the content idk.i'm against lynching an inactive but i'm also against policy lynching people bc their playstyle grates on you
im for investigating this, just woke up will be back shortly babesto be honest who i would like to look at more closely is people who took endless' no-memeing thing as gospel and followed it like it was an order lol
the qualm that abe mentioned -- that i completely agree w -- is that there's too many people who only write one sentence about their thoughts. typically it's in agreement with someone else or one singular point that's irrelevant to the game as a whole. people have to explain themselves w/o latching onto the thoughts of others, especially in this setup. i do think the memeing has a purpose early game, but we've also gone past that point. posts need substance
I agree that one-liners are usually a problem in general and it adds little to nothing to the overall game. I had the same problem with punchy in a previous game and it turned out he was mafia aligned. Not saying one-liners are alignment indicating but overall, they just don't add much to the discussion. I also agree that it's past the point of meming.
writing one liners/inherently useless info is a good way for maf to clog thread. would be great for all of us to try dodging that for a game
I'm sorry about my joke but I'm glad people are not stretching it too far.
the memeing and RPing is just the awkwardness of the situation because there was nothing to do go off but it could be revisited as ness flipped scum last game and he was doing that on the thread so hmmmmm
i can't karen meme anymore :<
--
also, re: no more karen memeing, i'm calling mr. XenForo and complaining abt how a forum hosted on their platform wont let me karen to my karen's content. i got the number right here, look
I wanted to channel my inner Karen but we can keep it to a minimum I guess.
can we also take note of how i said i couldn’t meme anymore and then karen memed in the same post?okay just skimmed back and this is pretty much all there is. i don't think it's much, but it's notable that anyone who took the 'we're past the point of memes' stuff as basically an explicit order to stop memeing comes across to me as hyper-aware of their behaviour and how they are perceived by the rest of the players
it just pings me because i tend not to consider any one player as having authority over the others so if someone was like 'okay time to stop memeing' i just.. wouldn't?
champagne but without the cham
insecurity isnt a thing now pepehandsokay just skimmed back and this is pretty much all there is. i don't think it's much, but it's notable that anyone who took the 'we're past the point of memes' stuff as basically an explicit order to stop memeing comes across to me as hyper-aware of their behaviour and how they are perceived by the rest of the players

how come ur eyes on ace?I thought endless made a valid point, memeing is easy and funny but it doesn't progress the game much.
We need more serious questions to work out who the maf are.
My eye is on ace.
