i'm not entirely understanding the defensiveness over one possibility from antonio, but i also don't know their meta. no one has scumleaned them
from what i remember from playing with antonio i think they are pretty defensive as both alignments so it's NAI

@ Aerious re: Antonio - If anything I slight TL him for trying to stir conversation with that RNG roll. I think he's acting overly defensive but I'm not thinking that's scummy at the moment. It can be a scum tell but it's also just the temperament of the person sometimes, and in this case I think it's the latter.

personally im probably gonna wait a bit and just chime in where relevant thru most of d1. nothing's really happened yet that's of note but hopefully close to EoD i'll have more to offer re: susses n votes.
I have the same set of information as either alignment, so I clearly just missed the setup.
I don't think it's even remotely "townie" to miss the setup, so it's not something I'd fake.

for the first point about the insignificant banter, i disagree
yeah if the thread gets really clogged it can be a total pain to iso and my reads tend to take a nosedive as a result, but without that light discussion especially on d1 the game gets really stagnant and doesn't take off
i just filter out anything that i don't think is noteworthy, i.e. all the karen jokes on page 2, but i don't necessarily think the gamestate is better off without them i just don't reply to them
I think you misunderstood my point - I'm not specifically against insignificant banter, I just advised limiting it. What I was very against was single line replies, or isolated reads.
The thing I was championing the most was condensing posts so that several smaller posts someone would've made are easier to parse in a single, larger post.
Addressing the "don't lynch endless because he provides content" drama: I think Aerious's point wasn't that I shouldn't be lynched, but that I shouldn't be random lynched.

So in conclusion, this is just a big, fat, out of the way misunderstanding. Does this lend credence to anyone's alignment? Honestly, I've got a weak townread on Antonio because of it. Just the complete and utter helplessness and panic seems genuine from my perspective.

I’ve read through the thread thus far and honestly nothing seems significant at all. D1 is always stagnant and dry of any real info so this doesn’t come as a surprise. The memes and Karen jokes don’t worry me now because they’re just a result of the dryness of D1. Antonio’s RNG suggestion was a bit odd to me at first... it’s a terrible idea and we’ll surely have a more educated decision for our lynch candidate before the day ends. But I doubt their proposal was meant to be taken seriously anyways in the context of all the Karen jokes and memes going on around that time.
The Antonio/Aerious debacle was pretty hard for me to follow. From what I can gather though, it just feels like a pretty pointless and drawn out misunderstanding. But these interactions could be worth taking a look back on in the future. I don’t really have anything else to say about that.
Everyone is null for me at the moment, but that’ll probably change soon. I just don’t have enough to go off of right now.
