I take a deep breath, and pull the trigger. Just like back in the dorms, clear crystals appear for a brief second, then as they disappear, a strange creature that looks like a goat head with a girl chained on top emerges. I had managed to summon Io. I sigh. "I can do it now, why not before?"
"I don't thinks it's because of luck, I can never seem to do it when I have to, when there's danger. Maybe it is just nerves..." I reply, sending Io back away.
"I've been able to do it fine in situations like these for a while now, so that doesn't really help... I just can't pull the trigger whenever there's actually something for Io to fight."
I enter the virtual reality.
I looked to my right; an AWP rested against the walls. "Cool, can I play Counter Strike, like for reals now?" I picked up the sniper and aimed in. I saw a target far away. I shot it, causing the wood to break. "Whoaaaa." I realized I couldn't stay for long, I had to eat dinner. I tried to leave. Nothing happened. "Hey, maybe it was just a small bug." I tried again. Nothing. I tried more, becoming more and more frantic.
"Am I trapped in here??" I yelled.
