Glitchy pages

So I have tried all the themes, different computers and they all do this, anyone know why? It could be the school pages but for me it is funky funky. and this is a more simple glitch as to what is going on/

mmm stuff like that's been happening to me too, not sure what it is but it just goes away if I refresh so I don't really mind.

that is happening to me alot, my internet is really crappy though so I can see why.
usualyl if i just run my mouse over the weird stuff it goes away.
