Have to sign up for paypal, then sync your bank account (the one your credit card is under) to paypal, then when you go to transfer the money from Paypal to other artist, it will get the money from your bank account, put it into your paypal, then send to the artist's paypal account.
It's kinda simple, but I prolly made it sound really complicated, lol.

if it's a prepaid card, sign up with it. then you just pick an amount to send to people and it should work on its own.
