Hairstyles with Nook Miles?

So, I noticed that in this image https://imgur.com/gallery/djLXqwt that I got from a YT video covering the direct, that you can buy hairstyles and colors with nook miles! Also the pro design editor. I just thought I'd share, since I haven't seen anyone talk about this and only just noticed it today.

I'm hoping they give a preview of the hairstyles in each pack so I dont end up having to buy them all looking for a cute style ; u;

But i did not realize we had to buy the pro design editor!!! I was hoping we had to befriend mable o: oh well. As long as I get to learn more about the able sisters I'll be happy regardless of if I get anything out of it or not c:

We'll see how it feels in practice, but I kinda like the Nook Miles feature. I like how it gives you goals to work towards. Other than paying your house off, unlocking facilities, collecting items, and working on the museum, AC was really a game that you had to make your own goals in the past. Having more game suggested goals to work on is great. Unlocking stuff in video games is always fun for me.

I think it'd be nice to get a bit of a surprise with the hairstyles you get in each pack, but I'm sure someone will make a guide on which packs have which in them. As for the design editors, I'm glad it's easier to get now then having to talk to Sable for 20 days, but it was really nice to be able to befriend her!

Thanks for the information I didnt see that either. I really hope they have some nice ombre hairstyles. I'd love to have a nice multicolored style.

I like the idea of unlocking them that way! And when I saw you could also purchase trendy hair colours I was hoping there'd be an ombre colour option

I agree, the Nook Miles feels a bit like more fleshed out MEOW tickets which makes me happy.

I like the idea of Nook Miles too. It reminds me of more detailed badges! I love getting the badges in New Leaf.

i like the nook miles, too! especially since they’re easy to earn with everyday activities :3

I really hope unlocking the hairstyles is like a ticket which we give to Harriet at Shampoodle. While I won't be too upset if there is no Shampoodle, just being able to change our hair whenever we want without going to a hair salon just doesn't really feel like Animal Crossing. Animal Crossing to me isn't about rushing or making everything so blatantly easily its supposed to be slow, enjoyable, and rewarding imo.

I'd prefer us having to go to her for hair styles then later unlocking a magic mirror like the magic wand for the quick outfit change

Anyway, I hope the tickets are for Harriet as well. I'd rather they not cut all these characters out and replace them with stuff like this. I'd like to know what Pelly and Phyllis will do too, and Kapp'n and Rover.

I really like it, to each their own I guess. There's probably a lot more options. The other one I'd go for is the classic styled slick you get with some of the starting males in WW/CF and NL.

If you really think the hair was better quality in new leaf, wild world, or any of the other adaptions you are very poorly mistaken lmao.
It's shiny, yes. but compared to every single other style the hair in this game actually looks distinguishable from one another.

That hair is literally spikey not balls lol.

The new hair an eyesore for the guys, and it is shiny and looks like plastic on both genders.

All of the hair styles in new horizon are unisex. Anyone can pick from any style. There are way more "male" styles that are diverse in NH than any other game.

And only a few tragic styles to start with.

It pains me to say this, but PC has the best hair.
They really made an effort there.
