Yeah after Isabelle didn't mention it in her daily announcement I thought there wasn't going to be anything. But why did I collect all those chocolates from resident services?!? Now with all the ones the villagers sent me too they'll last until Christmas!!!

You can regift those extra ones to the villagers who gave you chocolates/roses. That's what I did, because I only kept one of each color in my storage. It's the only way they'll acknowledge V-day. Unlike where if you talked to them during Lunar night they'd talk about it, you need to gift them a rose/chocolate for them to talk about the holiday.

This is so sweet that Isabelle and the villagers send letters to us on Valentines Day! I can't wait to go in game and check out the letters that my villagers sent to me from the mailbox, it's going to be so nice to read them all. Happy Valentines Day to everyone!

That's exactly what I thought too! I spent all this time buying the chocolates & flowers just to get them from the villagers today, haha. Oh well - never hurts to have extras!

I checked my mailbox and did not expect that all ten of my villagers sent me letters! In fact, I thought they were dropped from the game. Despite having two personalities that are duplicates, they still had something different to say. It's heartwarming and I'm screenshotting all of them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this, too! I have a couple double personalities (two lazies, two normals, two snooties) but all the letters were unique which I was really happy about. I made sure to favourite all my letters - I’m hoping that’ll keep them from being deleted!

I was very surprised to get the letters from my villagers and Isabelle ❤ And also, fyi, if you gift them the chocolate/flowers they’ll react to them like “oh, you got me something for Valentine’s day?”. Very sweet

Has anyone gone forward to see if they display the Valentine's gifts/items in their house? I'm assuming they do... I don't want to mess up their houses again but I want to give them all Valentine's gifts now

I received letters from Bangle, Bianca, Whitney and Melba and of course Isabelle. I noticed that these are the villagers that I have the highest friendship with. It also made me realize that if I had told tank to stay put when he asked to leave I probably would’ve gotten one from him too. Made me a little bit sad

I found myself a little disappointed by who all I didn't receive a letter from . Clearly my play time has been lacking a bit. I received a letter from Wolfgang, Moe, Audie, Olivia and Tammy, but not one from Raymond or Rudy. Bummer! I really need to get back into a daily routine of talking to everyone again.

I was also totally surprised by the Valentine's cards in my mailbox today! I received a total of 10, Bob, Hopper, Judy, Octavian, Flora, Fuschia, Dom, Julian, Marina and Isabelle. Drago was the only one who was slacking

I took this Valentine's pic weeks ago, but today's the day to finally share it I used a bunch of my Amiibos in addtion to my current villagers.

I also got gifts from all but my two newest villagers- I needed to clear my inventory before I could open them all!

And I gave Raymond some chocolates, which he recognized as a Valentine's gift ☺

Overall, it was a good Valentine's Day!​

I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety in the Valentine letters; not a single repeat letter although I have multiple villager types. Definitely going to save all of them!

The only thing I'm the tiniest bit sad about is that the villager gifts are just the ones from Nook Shopping that I've already bought tons of. I logged into Pocket camp today as well and I love that the gift you get there is a unique item. I also miss the pretty chocolate cake that Isabelle gave out in NL.

But I am glad it's not a gender locked thing anymore, good riddance to that mechanic

The valentines letters are really cute, especially from cranky villagers, and its really sweet that Isabelle sends one too, I have favourited them all so I can look back on them it was a shame to miss out on a letter from Molly though as she was the only villager that didn't send one but she did only move onto the island a couple of days ago so it must've been too soon.

My favourite letter came from Fauna: "When I think of Valentine's Day, your sweet face pops into my head. Thanks for being such a wonderful friend. Here's a little gift to express how much having you in my life means to me", such a lovely letter

I was surprised to get all these Valentine's cards from all my villagers. It was so sweet. Also, Lucha won't leave me alone, so I think he has a crush on me.

Also I got a Stitches plush for Valentine's Day from my husband!!! I love it soo much!!!
