in that situation none of them would have died, harambe was trying to protect the kid i thought. kid might have been a little more roughed up but harambe meant no harm. correct me if i'm wrong, but the two news articles i read about it said that.

I'm glad people are acknowledging it again, but it's a shame it's mostly used jokingly.

My opinion remains the same. Neither deserved to die, and the whole situation was handled horribly. If it were the kid that got shot, you'd never hear the end of it.

i didn't refer to it as a meme? but im just sayin they shouldn't even be parents if they let their kid fall in a gorilla enclosure, and gorillas are more rare than humans. we don't need anymore people as much as gorillas
