Jan 30th : A Day Packed Full of Surprises.

Isabelle had so many announcements this morning . She started with ordinances. She says they are a way to improve everyday life. She also said that only the island rep can choose which ordinance will be enacted.

She then announced a new type of island tour . She said a captain will take us on his boat at the pier to a random island. She said that the islands have plenty of DIY materials. You can only take one boat ride a day.

Her last announcement was that we had a visitor in the campsite. I can’t wait to see who it is.

The surprises didn’t stop with Isabelle’s announcements. Gulliver has found his way back to Harmony and needed help fixing his communicator.

After helping Gulliver I went over to check the turnip price and was in for a shock.

I of course had to go back home to get my turnips to sell . While I was there a heard a knock on the door.

Don’t worry Chadder your always welcome . We had a nice visit and played a game. After he left I went and checked my mail. I had a few letters. One was from Harvey asking me to stop by as he wanted to discuss something.

One was from Nook inc letting me know that new mile items were available. After checking the mail I went over to the campsite to see who was visiting.

I’m glad it didn’t take long before marshal wanted to move here.

I went over and got a housing plot to place down for Marshals house. He will have his house on heart lake.

While I was there Nook let me know that we can only have 10 housing plots. I would have rather 16 but nook doesn’t think the island is big enough so 10 it is. I already know the tenth plot is saved for Blaire. I also looked to see what the new nook mile items are . I found out I can now start cooking . I can’t wait to see what I can make.

I then let Marshal know the good news.

After getting Marshals housing settled I went over to the museum to have some fossils identified. When I got there Blathers was lost in thought.

Of course I can help. Tell me everything and I will see what I can do . Blathers explained that he wants to open a cafe in the museum. The problem is his friend that owns a cafe has gone missing. Blathers would like me to go and look for him. He said the new captain would be able to help find him.

Don’t worry Blathers I will go and find your friend. I went over to talk to Kapp’n. He is very friendly and said he could help.

We set off in search of Brewster. Blathers had given me a picture of his friend.
When we got to the island I found Brewster at the back of the island looking for gyroids.

I actually am not I am looking for you.

I don’t mind at all. Blathers sent me to find you. Brewster told me to let Blathers know that he hears him. He then gave me a Gyroid fragment and said he would be seeing me on my island soon. I picked some fruit before heading back to talk to Blathers.
Blathers was so happy I had found his friend.

I told him what he said . He was so very happy and relieved. Then he got worried he wouldn’t be able to finish the arrangements for when Brewster arrives. He said he would have to close the museum for a day to give him time to set up the cafe. So excited for when it is completed.

no worries it will be worth the wait.
Now time to go over to see Harvey and see if he needs any help.
When we got there we noticed that Harvey wasn’t near his house and that there was a new path.

I followed the path and found him with a friend near a camp fire. He introduced me to his friend and then told me about his dream.

He wants to set up a plaza filled with co-ops.

He said he needs help with the fundraising part. Of course I can help. Thankfully I made a good amount of bells this morning with turnips.

I decided the first co-op to donate to would be the furniture refurbishing team.

I let Harvey know and he thanked me for my help and let me know the new shop would be ready tomorrow.

It’s been a busy exciting day. Time for some aerobics and maybe a bit of diving before bed . Hope everyone has a great night.

Jan 31st: Welcome Marshal and a new ordinance

It’s the last day of the month. It sure went fast and so much has happened in our first month here. I completely forgot to mention yesterday that I did pick the early bird ordinance.

Shops will now open an hour earlier. Today we welcome Marshal to the island.

Isabelle reminded us that the museum is closed today.

Gulliver sent me letter thanking me for helping him. He sent me a Sphinx as a thank you.

I received a new shopping app after ordering a lot of items through nook shopping.

I went over to say hi to Marshal .

I wish you good luck with the unpacking.

I went to make an outfit for her. I didn’t end up using the fuzzy vest she gave me .

She still seemed to really like my outfit.

She said she would send tailors tickets in the mail. She also gave me a Labelle cap.

I went over to see Mabel and Sable. Sable remembered my name and Mabel teased her about it.

It’s nice to officially meet you. Thanks so much for working so hard on so many amazing clothing.
I invited Blaire to the campsite.

Your very welcome and I hope you enjoy your time here. She requested that I make her an ironwood low table. She even gave me the DIY for it.

Feb 1st : Cafe Grand Opening

Today we celebrate the opening of our Cafe.

I can’t wait to try it.
We now have veggies.

We held a ceremony for the opening of the cafe.

After the ceremony me and Marshal went over to try the coffee.

I didn’t know you wrote a book. Sorry definitely here for the coffee.

Don’t worry Marshal you can still write that book anytime.
Brewster thanked me for giving Blathers his message.

Today I invited Blaire back over to the campsite. She requested a palm tree lamp and gave me the DIY for it.

She said I should invite her back again sometime.
I went over to Nook’s Cranny and found cooking recipes in the cabinet. I also found some new reactions.

Redd was here hiding at the back of the island on his boat. I bought a statue this time .

I went over to Harv’s island to check out the new shop. Harriet offered me a new hairstyle.

I think it looks really nice. Thanks so much.
Harvey introduced me to Reese and Cyrus.

It’s nice to meet you both.

Harvey let me know he added an ABD machine.

I used what was left in my saving to pay for another shop to open. Looks like I will have to get to work making some more bells .

The new shop should be open tomorrow.

Feb 2nd : The last house plot and a visit from Leif.

We had a rainy start to the day. Isabelle announced that Leif was here for a visit

I had a few letters in my mailbox. We can now start ordering Valentine’s Day items . So I started by buying some chocolate and will also buy each villager flowers .
The first letter was from Dodo Airlines. They sent me a Dal eye mask as a thank you gift for using their airline.

The next letter was from Anicotti and she sent me a ski mask since she didn’t think I would buy one. She was right I wouldn’t especially in the middle of summer. I appreciate the thought.

The last letter was from Redd sending me my statue.

I went over to see Leif and Doc was hanging out with him.

I bought a bunch of bushes to plant near R.S. I might get to that tomorrow.

I don’t believe you have told me that. Leif also said I was he’s best customer and had a gift for me.

That’s so nice of you. Leif gave me the DIY for a hedge and I can’t wait to figure out where to place some.

Thank you so much. I went over to get a cup of coffee and Mabel was there. Mabel told me a story about how she loved her rain boots and splashing in puddles. I used to do the same thing so much fun.

Doc taught me a new reaction today.

I invited Blaire back to our campsite. I first got and placed a housing plot for her before going to see her.

Nook reminded me that it would be our last plot. He probably figured I was hoping he would forget about that. He would be right as I really would have loved to have more then ten neighbors.

I went over to see Blaire.She thanked me for inviting her back again.

She then requested an aroma pot for her last item. She gave me the DIY for it.

She gave me heart shades as a thank you . Then asked about living here .
She went over and asked if she could move here. She said she was really nervous about asking.

She will now be the tenth and final villager on Harmony.

She mentioned she would love yoga on the beach. That gave me an idea to add a yoga studio. Will work on that soon.

I went diving for a bit and received a pearl from Pascal.

It’s now time for some night aerobics before bed. I’m sure tomorrow will be just as exciting. Goodnight

Feb 3rd : Welcome Blaire

Today we officially welcome Blaire to our island.

K.K. Slider is also here for his Saturday concert.

It’s as if he has already forgotten I know who he is. Can’t wait for your concert later.
I went over to welcome Blaire and see if she needed anything. On the way over I had a chat with Marshal about flowers.

I picked red flowers.

I mean your not wrong .
Blaire was busy unpacking so I didn’t stay too long.

I really did want to see you right away.

Good luck with the unpacking we will have plenty of time to talk when your done.
It took me a bit to find Hamlet to give him his gift. When I found him he was visiting Chadder. I gave him some fruit and he surprised me with his photo. Thank you so much.

I went and hung it up in my room.

I then went over to see about the new shop on Harv’s island. It was great to see Kicks again.

Harriet gave me a new hairstyle but I wasn’t so sure about it. She ended up changing it back for me.

When I got back to the island I went and asked nook about building a new bridge.

I donated about half of it as I would like to use what I have left tomorrow for turnips.
I had plenty of plans to start terraforming and making some cliffs. No idea where the day went but it was now time for the K.K. Slider concert.

He even gave a copy of his song

After the concert it was time for aerobics.

Those big terraforming plans will have to wait for another day . As I am so very sleepy. Goodnight

HHP: work day 7: two vacation homes. A promotion and a restaurant.

I keep meaning to get back here more often but the days keep slipping away. I don’t know where they are going but there going fast.

When I got back to the office Lottie thanked me for my hard work and let me know I was getting promoted.

Lottie says it comes with a raise.

Next up was a vacation home for Bob

He wanted plenty of flowers .

While I was working on Bob’s vacation Niko told me about different effects.

When I got back to the office Lottie let me know that we could now build a restaurant or cafe. I decided to work on the restaurant first.

Lottie told me about changing the lighting.

Everyone seems to really like how the restaurant turned out.

Lottie let us know we can build the cafe at anytime. She also said that we can ask clients at the restaurant if they want vacation homes.

It’s been such a busy day . It’s now time for bed as I am falling asleep writing. Hope everyone had a great day. Goodnight .

Jan 6th : A shop upgrade and a new bridge.

Over the weekend Timmy and Tommy announced that they were upgrading their shop. This way they can sell more items.

The had to close their shop on Monday in order to upgrade.

We held a celebration today .

They now have Festivale items .

I found a notebook that belonged to Chadder.

So happy I could help.
We also celebrated the new bridge.

On Sunday Aurora made her way to Harmony. She placed her tent at the back of the island near the stargazing area. She now has a small house.

Doc asked if he could come over .

He doesn’t seem to realize he is already out of his house. He is more then welcome to come visit.

He brought me a peasant blouse. He then asked me about my fan.

No I have not but it sounds like you definitely tried.

I learned a new reaction from Hamlet.

I moved both Hamlet and Doc’s houses. I also cleared the area of trees. I keep thinking about how to terraform the area but it sounds better in my head. I will have to keep trying to figure it out. It just doesn’t seem to look how I thought it would. Back to the drawing board.

Feb 10th: K.K. Slider concert

I haven’t been doing all that much as I haven’t been feeling well the last few days. We did have a campsite visitor the other day.

I would have invited him to Harmony but Nook won’t allow any more neighbors.

Maybe if someone moves out I will invite him to come back again.
It’s the start of the Lunar new year.

I learned a new reaction from Gladys

Hamlet came over to ask me if he can use my new nickname of course you can.

We had a nice turnout for the K.K. Slider concert .

I placed a stage near the entrance and now Marshal thinks it’s just for him.

He does have some nice dance moves.
Now it’s off to aerobics before getting to bed as it’s later then I thought. Hopefully will be feeling better soon. Then we can have our pancake picnic.

Feb 12th: Celebrating Festivale

Today we celebrate Festivale a celebration of music , dance and feathers. So many feathers everywhere.

First we have to get changed .

After I got changed I walked outside to find my first feather of the day .

Everyone is so exciting to dance.

Everyone looks so great in their outfits.

According to Isabelle she hired a famous dancer to come out.

Maybe it’s just me but Pave seems a bit intense.

According to Pave he wants me to collect feathers for him. It has to be three of any color. The main feather colors are red, blue, green and purple. There is also a rare rainbow feather that you can catch or craft.

I had a lot of fun trading feathers with my friends.

They seemed to appreciate my feathers more then Pave who kept demanding them.

It was so much fun dancing with everyone

The first rainbow feather I found I placed in my house so I could keep it safe from Pave. I did find him feathers and he gave me some special furniture in exchange. I have an idea of how to use the items I got just have to find the time to make it.

I wasn’t sure I wanted to give him the three rainbow feathers he demanded. So I told him no at first. He didn’t react to kindly to that.

I’m waiting for you to be nicer and ask instead of demand. Lol to bad that didn’t happen. I did eventually give him his rainbow feathers.

He then started dancing like crazy and just when I thought he had finally stopped he started again.

He gave me a nice float for the feathers.

Overall it was a great day to spend with my friends . Even Isabelle and Nook had festivale hats.

It’s too bad they didn’t come outside. Probably hiding from Pave. Hopefully he won’t be so intense next year.

Feb 14th : Valentine’s Day.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. I sent everyone a Valentine’s Day card and got some back. I even received a card from Isabelle.

They sent me flowers and chocolate hearts. I sent them flowers.

I really appreciate the cards. I bought everyone some chocolate hearts to give everyone.

Everyone really liked their chocolate hearts.
Both Iggly and Hamlet thought they would be forgotten. Of course not everyone gets a chocolate heart on Valentine’s Day.

Doc was a bit confused as to why I was giving him a chocolate heart.

Why wouldn’t I get you one.

Extra fries are always good.

I went over to get a coffee from Brewster and he surprised me with hot chocolate.

Jan 19th : A fun filled weekend.

We had the February bug off on Saturday. Everyone seemed pretty excited about it. We also have a Birthday announcement. It will soon be Anicotti’s Birthday.

I’m sure you will get there one day. Good luck with your training.

It really is great weather today.

Who says I can’t catch any bugs ? I think I’m doing pretty good .

I think I did pretty good with the bug off. Most of the time I caught 9 or 10 bugs.
Marshal had some advice on catching bugs.

Of course I’m writing it down. Thanks for the advice. Chadder was playing cat and mouse with the bugs and decided he was the cat today.

I sure hope you haven’t been bitten by a bug.
On Sunday I had a letter from Flick. Apparently I did better then I thought in the bug off and he sent me a trophy. Now I have all three trophies.

I decided to have the pancake picnic I had been putting off for awhile now. Everyone seemed to enjoy their pancakes.

Since the bug off was on a Saturday k.K. Slider came on Sunday instead. Even though it was just me and Doc we had a good time.

We also had a campsite visitor. Too bad he missed the bug off by a day .

This morning Hamlet wasn’t feeling well. Maybe he partied to much over the weekend.

I ran and got him some medicine and he should be better by tomorrow. He as already starting to feel better when I left.

Make sure to take today as a rest day.
Marshal decided he wanted to go out for a drive but didn’t know where he wanted to go. I didn’t know he had a car or could drive.

I told him he should go out into the sunset and he seemed to like the idea.

Just make sure you don’t get lost.

Feb 24th : Anicotti’s Birthday

Yesterday we celebrated Anicotti’s Birthday.

We also had a camper in the campsite. Maybe she came to help celebrate.

Jan 26th : Goodbye Hamlet

Hamlet started this adventure with me and Sylvia. It will be sad to see him gone. Maybe he will come back one day.

Marshal asked me what career I wanted. He doesn’t seem to think our artisan apple waffle stand will work. Probably because I can only make pancakes and not waffles. Now what to do with all these apples.

I told him I wanted to be a florist. Really anything that has to do with flowers. Since I love gardening.

I completely forgot to say what happened the other day when I went to get coffee at Brewster’s.

He said he wanted to give me something as a thank you for buying coffee.

I admit I have been slacking. I really need to get to work decorating the island. My storage is also full so I have just been throwing anything that doesn’t fit near my house. Since I never now when I will want to use something. At some pint I will try again to complete my terraforming project. For now it’s night aerobics since I have been lazy and not going.

Feb 29th : Goodbye Summer , Hello Filbert .

It’s the end of Summer . That sure went fast. We welcomed a new friend to the island yesterday his name is Filbert.

On Tuesday I decided to go look for someone instead of waiting to see who might show up. That’s how I met Filbert and invited him to Harmony.

He spent all day yesterday unpacking.

Yesterday I finally payed off another loan . This way I can finally put all those items I have around the island in storage.

I lost the card game. I tried to ask him if he wanted to move to Harmony but he said it wasn’t a good time.
Today we held a welcome party for Filbert.

I received a gift from Sable.

Thanks so much . I can’t wait to try using it.
This evening I got Chadder’s photo .

Celeste is here for a visit and she brought some shooting stars with her. Thanks so much for the new DIY

March 1st and 2nd : Welcome Fall

It is now fall on Harmony. Isabelle even gave out a DIY for fall.

Once I collect enough materials I will be giving everyone their own little trees.
Yesterday morning I found star fragments on the beach .

I found :

1 large star fragment

Flick was also here yesterday and I had him make me a butterfly model.

Marshal wanted to show off his dance moves to Blaire.

It is fabulous.

Today K.K. Slider is here for a concert.

I decided to work on my terraforming project. I still need to figure out how to decorate it. I think I will place four houses here.

I think I might expand my farm area and move Baabara house . This way I have more space over there.

Feb 8th : moving houses

I’m slowly working on moving houses . So far Baabara and Filbert’s houses have been moved.

I received a letter from Baabara.

Now I’m curious as to what the letter said.
We had a visitor in the campsite the other day .

Blaire came over the other day for a visit and she brought me a cherry .

That room is guarded by my turtle until I find the time to decorate it. I think it will be a room for my plants.

The next day Blaire sent me a letter in the mail.

While I was walking around the island I found a lost book. It belonged to Blaire.

I was glad I could get it back to her.

Later on Sylvia invited me over to her house.

We had a nice visit.

March 18th : A trip down memory lane

I went on a trip to a town almost forgotten back to where I used to live. I sure looked a lot different back then. It was nice going back and seeing old friends. Even though they were a bit sad they hadn’t seen me in so long . I promise to visit more often.

I am sorry for leaving unannounced it was last minute.

Yes sorry about that I have been living on an island and got so busy I forgot to come back and visit.
Sitting under the town tree sure brought back some memories.

Whitney is still regifting gifts she has no use for .

I even had Kapp’n take me back to Tortimers island for some gardening mini games.

It was fun going back and I promise to go back and visit .

I found Baabara having a nice relaxing time enjoying the sunset with a donut.

March 19th : Roselia’s Birthday

When I left the house Sylvia was waiting outside . I wonder how long she was out there.

Sylvia, Doc and Gladys surprised me with a Birthday party

Time to blow out the candles.

Next they surprised me with a gift and a piñata. The gift was a Birthday sign.

Yay for Birthday cupcakes.
I gave out 7 of my 8 cupcakes. I wanted to keep one. I received Birthday gifts in return.

March 23rd : Some landscaping and inviting Bill.

I have been trying to work on decorating the island. In the last few days I moved Anicotti and Gladys houses. Placed the spot for a new bridge, still have to pay for it . Expanded on my farm as I wanted to plant some more veggies.

I took a picture of moving Glady’s house but forgot to upload it will place that here later.

Both Sylvia and Marshal have lost items . Sylvia lost her book and Marshal lost his bag. I was able to return them and they were very happy.

I invited Bill to the campsite twice. The first time he wanted me to make him a beehive. I had been looking for that DIY .

The next time he came to visit he wanted a tree standee

March 24th : Eggs ,eggs everywhere. Saying Goodbye to Anicotti.

Isabelle mentioned in her announcements that she was finding eggs everywhere.

So I went around seeing if I could spot any eggs. The first eggs that I spotted were in a tree. I then noticed someone hopping around and went to investigate.

I wasn’t too sure who that was so decided to ignore him for now and go look for some more eggs. I found some along with some bunny DIY’s in balloons. Some eggs came out of rocks and trees. I then noticed that bunny was no longer towards the back of the island but hopping to the front of the island. I guess he didn’t want to be ignored after all.

I went over to say hi. He explained his name is Zipper and bunny Is his favorite holiday. Where he hides eggs all over.

I wonder what present it is.
He gave me a DIY for a bunny bed then was on his way.

After collecting a bunch of eggs I was able to think up my own ideas for DIY’s.

Out of the 6 types of eggs I didn’t find any water eggs yet.

I went over to invite Bill back to the campsite . This time he wanted a wild log bench. Another DIY I hadn’t found yet.

After making his bench I invited him to move to Harmony.

We had a going away party . With so much cake.

I went over to Nook’s Cranny and they had bunny day items. Today’s item was Bunny Day Candy. So I of course had to get one for myself and one for each of my neighbors to give to them closer to bunny day .
