Has anyone else reset for an island they like?

I map reset for about 2-hours on launch day. I also didn't know what to look for back then, so I only based my choices on airport colour, fruit, and resident services being close to the airport. I regret the last one a lot LOL. Now I know there's things like thick outcrops, pier size, large beach rocks, and native flowers etc. Anyways even after learning all these things I didn't feel like resetting my island again. I don't particularly like my map much but I have reworked it countless of times to settle with something I'm happy with!

I don't have much time these days and I wanted to get through the initial part of the game on the first night, so I only allowed myself to reset once or twice for a blue airport and good villagers. I decided that I'd choose the best of the maps I saw and make it work.
It's only as I've played and designed and visited other islands that I've realised what I like and don't like about it, so I worry that people who reset a lot will find things later on, as the game gets updated or their ideas change, that they don't like after all. At some point you have to accept that no map is perfect!
