Hi!
As stated in the title, I was wondering if anyone had tried out the new catalog app yet on Nooklink!
It's part of the winter update but only available as of today (I think) in the app. I remember it being stated somewhere that it would be updated in the Nooklink end of November/beginning of December, so been looking forward to using it!
Before this update, I've personally been using Nooklink only occasionally when I need to type more lengthy phrases while online with people. But now I'll definitely use it more with this new feature that will be super useful and handy for me, and I'm sure for many people here.
Here are a few screenshots I took from my phone:
I love how you can click to view the items appearing in the background in case you were interested in a particular one, but don't know the name of it. I wonder if the background will keep changing with new items every day. Will find that out in the coming days!
I also love the filter options:
Besides the usual filtering by category, I think it's great that you can filter by colours (I'm sure I'll find use of it soon, like searching for red or green items that would fit for Xmas).
