Have you been loyal to your starter villagers?

agnes and axel were my starting villagers. i love the uchi personality type, so agnes was pretty cool to have around, and i seemed to accidentally annoy her by talking to her so much LOL. regardless she was the first resident to tell me she wanted to move out, so i let her. axel stuck around for awhile after that, but eventually when he said he wanted to move out, i said bye and actually gave him to someone who was hoping to have him on their island

sucks that agnes went into the void but i'm glad axel didn't, found a good home instead

I usually only let them leave once I get their picture so no one has left so far.

Unfortunately no.

I liked them, but it drove me nuts that the starting 5 villagers have generic furniture and never replace it with their own. So I ended up letting them move out, and I'll ask them back with amiibo cards eventually.

I started with Cherry and Kid Cat, I like them both because they're a better pair of Jock and Uchi villagers however I'm in limbo if I want to keep them or not...

Mine are Canberra and Biff. I haven’t gotten to the point of having villagers leave yet (the Resident Services building is opening today in my town), but I plan on keeping them for a while. I had Canberra in ACNL, and she grew on me a lot, and I like hippos, so I want to keep Biff for now.

I have five villagers, and I’m fairly happy with all of them so far. I may get rid of Rhonda down the road, and I have so many lazy villagers I like that I haven’t decided whether to keep Erik or not. But right now, I’m fairly happy with everyone in my town. We’ll see if that happens when the campsite opens.

I'll probably end up letting Hazel move, but I might keep Teddy just to have one OG around. Nobody has asked to move yet though.

For the moment, yes. If they ask to leave then I might let them leave, but at this point in time I don't think that they're going to be leaving my island soon.

i recently allowed my starter jock, peck, to leave - i'm missing his upbeat attitude while he's not here, but his design did nothing for me i'm not a fan of the birds, ostriches and eagles in general

i'm planning on keeping pashmina my starter uchi, i was planning on making fuchsia my uchi villager but i don't think it's worth getting rid of pashmina now - we have become friends and her house exterior is much nicer than fuchsia's lol

Yep! I will probably let them stay for a really long time since they're the OGs but I'll probably let my other 3 additional villagers + camspite villager leave once they ask.

I had Fuchsia and Lyman. Lyman asked to move last week so I let him, since I also have Ribbot. Gonna keep Fuchsia for a bit though.

Love them very much, I was just impatient to reroll for Genji as a starter but Roald was the second most wanted Jock for me, didn't care much for the Uchi villager I got but Agnes is cute

I started with Billy and Plucky and I originally had plans to theme my neighbors around the name of my island but I like these 2 way too much. For a jock, Billy is adorable. Plucky is great, it's like she thinks she's a bad ***** but knows she's stuck in a kids game lol.

Wow - my starters were your dreamies! I really like Phoebe but I don’t really speak to Poncho too much. If they asked to move out I wouldn’t stop them but I’ve enjoyed their company

yes and no! i reset for deirdre so having her stay was obvious.. but i let moose go. i don't feel bad about it though bc he ended up going to a friend so it's not like i can never interact with him or anything

Yeah, I absolutely love both of them! I specifically was hoping to get Reneigh as a starter. I was also looking for peaches and/or a blue airport. I reset 15 times and never saw one peach, but on my 15th I got Reneigh and just had to keep her! Even though it was oranges (again, sigh) and a green airport, I couldn't bear to reset again once I saw her.

My jock was Sparro and I never had any opinion on him before, but now I absolutely love him! He's never ever leaving. I would do anything for those two now.

My starters were Rocket and Sly.

I haven't had move-out requests from anyone yet, but I don't think I'll let anyone move on until I max out their friendship level. In past games, this would mean getting their picture but I'm not sure what it looks like here.

Sly is growing on me, but I'm not a fan of Rocket's design at all.

Yes, I still have them and will have them till they want to leave on their own. Only villager I really wanted was Gayle, and now I got her so i'm happy!
