Have you ever surprised yourself by how long you have been away?

I just booted up Animal Crossing GameCube thinking, I probably haven’t played it since the beginning of this year, so I checked the bulletin board and apart from the events going on for August and July, it last showed October 2022. I thought, “there is no way”, but in my inventory, I have October tickets. It actually makes me a little sad that I don’t give the game as much time as I wish I did, since I always talk about how special it is. And this is coming from someone who just got it in 2018.
