Have you ever used Wish?

Have you ever bought anything on Wish? I’ve heard stories of people getting the wrong product, not receiving their product, or having problems with their product. I guess you can expect that buying from Wish. I haven’t used Wish. I prefer to get real merchandise rather than the cheaper quality knockoffs. However, Wish does have some cool items. Just don’t expect too much or you might be disappointed.

If you used Wish in the past, what types of products did you purchase? Were they decent quality? I would stick to non-electronics when buying things from Wish. What were your experiences with them?

i have a few things from wish i bought years ago (mostly clothes and stationary). clothes sizes arent accurate and the quality is hit or miss. the stationary (pens/pencils/etc) is often good though from my experience. havent ordered from them in years due to quality/shipping getting worse. also i graduated and dont really need any more stationary since i still have a ton. no idea how wish is now but im guessing it hasnt improved. i would agree that you shouldnt buy electronics on wish, they are not as advertised lol my s/o has ordered a few different things like a phone or two, a mini drone, and a small projector which i think actually worked but that was one of the first items he ever bought on wish many years ago so i think that one is just lucky

I haven't. Based on the adverts I had assumed it was a scam so never properly looked into it.

I have used it and was honestly ready to get scammed, lol.
But I wasn't. I wouldn't recommend buying electric parts on it though, as I always had to return them (or at least got my money back for it).
I like using it for random things like cute stationary. But yeah.. never buy expensive things on it, because there is always a high chance that you won't recive anything.. at least they usually give money back (at least for me).

I haven't, but what I've seen from YouTube vids, its gives me shady vibes. its seems like it's mostly bootleg stuff so it doesnt interest me.

I'm not sure if I have used Wish, I know I've used a similar website before to order a hoodie. It was too small. My MIL uses Wish constantly despite the fact that she's been scammed multiple times. IDK why she keeps ordering from there tbh, we've tried to warn her

I've ordered some pins from Wish, and they were hit or miss. I also ordered some lipsticks, but it was mainly for the aesthetics because tbh I wouldn't actually trust putting that stuff on my body, especially my lips. The main experience with the site was when I bought a hoodie that was supposed to represent the Shujin uniform from Persona 5. I know that Chinese sizes differ from American, and being a plus-sized lady myself, I played it safe and ordered the biggest size, a 5x, which would be WAY too big for me in American size. The hoodie's still too small. Though, the quality of it is pretty nice and I do wear it around, I just can't zip it.

I haven't, I'd always assumed it was a website where you could get scammed. My friend has though, she ordered some art supplies and she was happy with them.

I used to but then switched to Aliexpress after I realized that Wish made me pay for shipping like crazy compared to the latter.

very cheap stuff. they take a few months to deliver. for some reason they stopped delivering to my apartments and never refunded me

I’ve only ever brought phone cases off Wish. They’re just the decorative, plastic TPU type cases, which is what I wanted. The quality of them has been good and they’ve always fitted my phones. Shipping has always been surprisingly quick as well, considering shipping usually takes months when coming from China. I wouldn’t buy any electronics or anything and expect it to be high quality. I’ve had pretty good experiences with Wish so far though.

Myself I've never used it, but my mom used to buy random junk off of wish a lot, like I have this random small projector from wish that I have no use for, but it works pretty well. I've found plenty of fake stuff on there such as bootleg phones (watch any of Mr.whosetheboss' videos on wish phones, they're funny) and fake GPUs, so I wouldn't trust the site much

I never even heard of it, though not that I think about it, I think if I am not mistaken, a friend mentioned buying something from there before. I never asked about the website or looked into buying anything from there.

Never but my sister did and she got a lot from there. But sadly she did get scammed and the 5 items never got delivered. At least all the other stuff were delivered but a lot of times they were late or super early. Basically they don't know the exact date it will arrive.

ive actually never gotten scammed on there and have bought lots of stuff

things like posters, clothes, makeup, but they DEFINITELY will never look as good as the photos, always worse quality in every way
