Whenever I try to PM or VM this one person, the option never shows up. I can see previous VMs but I can't write one. I've been trying to get my raffle winnings from them but they never responded. Did they report/ignore me?

my guess is that they turned off their Visitor messaging/PM
That sucks, I payed TBT for a raffle ticket and won 1st prize and now I can't get my prize :/ Oh well
